Chris S. was so helpful! I had switched over to TMobile and couldn't use my phone and he got me completely set up! I give e him a 11 out of 10! I will always go to this Tmobile store! The other employees were great with their customers too! Give these guys a raise, or free health insurance that's amazing!

The level of customer service in this store is horrendous. The staff is unprofessional and while I was in there they were laughing about the number of mistakes they kept making and how they were going to get in trouble. I have been trying to get a warranty replacement on my phone for 2 months and when it finally came in the “manager” told his staff to cancel it due to some internal error customer care made. I asked if they could call them and my request was ignored. The rep working the floor could not explain the error and continuously stated he didn’t understand why he couldn’t give me the phone. I explained that I have spent a lot of time going back and forth with technicians from T-Mobile and Apple trying to correct the issue and this was the final solution. I asked if the manager could come from the back to explain what the issue was so that I could ensure it didn’t happen again. He refused to come to the front to speak to me. They canceled my warranty exchange and transferred my data back to my old phone. I then had to call customer care again to restart the process but they couldn’t process another exchange because the store canceled the original one. So I was told to wait ANOTHER 24-48 hours for a new request when I’ve already been waiting since October to resolve this issue!Save your time & energy go to a location with competent employees.

I went into store to create me an account and get a phone, however the phone I wanted was not in stock. So I left but the store associate still activated my account without my consent and I did not know until almost a month later after I went to T-Mobile website to start my account. I went back to the store they asked that it was done illegally, offered to pay my whole bill. I got two lines from them and come to find out not only did they give me the two lines but they put a 3 line on my account without me knowing. T-Mobile is once again fixingf their mess. This company is unethical and I will be seeking legal counsel. Go to another another company

Bought my google pixel 7 pro from here with the help of Richie! He's a very personable guy and extremely nice. While my phone set up we talked about videogames and life. Great employee and amazing person! Keep it up!

As busy as it gets here and sometimes the length of time you wait is a bit excessive but it's definitely worth the wait. The employees are great! They know their stuff, are quick and very efficient. Even though we were waiting a while, after I was helped and got my son his phone I was laughing an super positive leaving. The employees are super nice and patient. Will return here for the service.

Oh gosh, just had such a good experience with this T-Mobile store!!!! Mo was wonderful an took care of my husband's phone and mine!! It got very busy but she Stedman focused helping multiple people at a time! What a great personality!!! !!

We went in at 5:15pm to get a new phone and Lauren helped us. Not only did she not pay attention to us or help us out, she walked around in her phone and talked to everyone except us. We picked out the phone we wanted in 2 minutes and told her and then she took 3½ hours to continue checking us out. She took so long we had time to run to subway and our house in Joshua and come back and she still was not done with the phone. Honestly we felt like they not only didn't want to help us out nor want us there, but she didn't know what she was doing. It was absolutely ridiculous. She kept telling every other customer to leave a good review, but honestly this was the worst experience ever. She even called another customer there toxic right in front of us.

I came in yesterday to treat myself to a new phone and was greeted warmly by Mo.I stepped outside while they were writing down financing ideas for me and when I came back in, they perfectly had written up a detailed comparison of my choices. They gave me a sweet deal and I couldn’t be happier! Most of the time I hate going to phone stores because it feels like a car dealership. Pushy, rude and inconsiderate. But Mo and their manager were so personable and nice. We talked about video games, The Last of Us and other random things while all of my photos and such transferred to my new phone. Now I’m sporting the new 14 pro max without buyers remorse or a headache because Mo honestly had my best interest in mind!

We have been with TMobile for over 10 yrs. We have been having trouble with one of our lines for the past 3 months and have taken it to other TMobile locations, Best Buy and other repair shops and no one has helped until yesterday we walked into this store and Alex had it fixed in 15 minutes!! Thank you Alex, you are the reason we stay with TMobile!!

Chris Sarber is very helpful.He explains things very well and he puts the customer first. You do not get many people now days that do that, but Chris does. I won't deal with anybody but Chris and that includes calling in to customer service. If I call customer service I always go to the store and ask Chris to explain what customer service did. But I just assume to go to the store and ask Chris to begin with. He also has a great personality. He's just easy to work with because he does it right the FIRST time so you don't have to worry about getting "John " from India that you can't understand when you have to call 611 a dozen times cause they can't get anything right! With Chris it's stress free! If it weren't for Chris I would have leftT-mobile in December after almost 15 years of service because of the 611 agents but Chris calmed me down and we worked things out.

I definitely recommend this place, Lauren with a hat was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Other Lauren and Chris were entertaining while we waited. They were able to get us a great deal, we walked out with more than we came in for. For less than I wanted to spend. Thanks T-Mobile. Had to use my new phone to take a picture so you can't see it. #samsunglife
