Our new account was not set up properly. I was added on the account when we came to sign up. A week later I came to order phones and I’m not on the account. Only my husband who works during business hours is. I could not handle any business. They want him back in person to do anything. He took time off last week to set this up and have it ready. Apparently not. Will continue to stick with the devil we know and stay with AT&T.

I came in to return a Personal Cell Spot device, and almost an hour later, (with dinner waiting), they would not cannot take the equipment back at the retail store. Super long waits on the phone with rep. Sooooo frustrating! I just want to give back their equipment, but no, must continue with labels and more trips to town to the mailing store.

Went in today to upgrade my phone and I have nothing but good things to say about this location and the associates here. Maria was absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond to take care of me and she was very personable.

Wanted to buy tablets and was told that they weren’t going to help me because they don’t make commission on Apple products. Red headed female or pink hair was very rude. I worked for AT&T. This is not okay

Came in to have our Flip looked at as directed by tech support. Rae greeted us and proceeded to assist us. We had the green screen issue going on "known by Samsung. As soon as "Brandy" saw which phone we had, she immediately stated that we can't touch that phone from the direction of their Samsung rep. I was thinking, did I not step into a T-Mobile store, when did Samsung give directions on how to assist or in this not assist customers. "brandy" told us we had to go to a Samsung authorized repair center to have our phone looked at......interesting, We haven't heard such craziness, since the phone is under warranty and we have insurance. Oh it gets better, when she found out we had insurance, she proceeded to tell us she recommends us to file a claim instead of doing a warranty as it's a known issue with these types of phones. She then proceeds to explain why the warranty won't cover it, it was a defect of the screen and it's not covered.... I replied, isn't that the definition of a warranty, a manufacturer defect? She then replied that is what I always recommend to my customers is to file an insurance claim the warranty is the last resort ... Interesting theory, thought it would be the opposite as warranty is free (minus shipping) and warranty you pay a deductible.... But then again what do I know. ??♂️So we attempted to file a claim in the store, it directed us to the store to process the claim...,. Rae was surprised and looked confused on how to proceed. "Brandy" reiterates we can touch those phones and we aren't equipped as we're not a corporate location....Rae then tried to call it in for a warranty exchange and that's when "Brandy" said oh it won't be covered since the screen isn't working properly. Keep in mind there's no physical or liquid damage done to the phone and it's a known issue with the Samsung Flips and Folds.....We thanked Rae for doing what she could and said sorry you have to work with "Brandy". Such a rude person and incompetent way of thinking....Never coming back to this franchise location. This is owned by @GPMobileLLC.

Everything was good until one of the employees turned music on and so loud that I was unable to conduct the business I was there to conduct. The young lady that was assisting us was trying hard. I left the store before concluding my business and my wife stayed to complete it, the receipt given to her doesn't reflect the amount she was charged. I'm a big fan of T-Mobile however I will not return to the location in south Burleson and, I'll encourage others to go to a different location.

Went to the T Mobile on Wilshire in Burleson. Maggie was very helpful in transferring our cellular service from a different carrier. She was very knowledgeable in helping us select new phones and choose the best service plan.

Two employees had me standing there without helping, while one was on his cellphone and the female was playing with her stickers for 15-30min with no other customers. I'll be looking at another provider now, Thanks for your horrible service.
