I’ve purchased at least eight homes in my life, and working with Megan has been the best experience I’ve ever had with a realtor.
When I met Megan, I was in the middle of a difficult home sale in another city with a different agent. I was buying a home in a city I knew nothing about, and the difference between the two agents was night and day. Megan is so competent that I quickly wished she had been the one helping me sell my other home as well.
She’s incredibly observant and listens closely to what her clients want—even picking up on things they may not realize themselves. She doesn’t stop until she finds the perfect home.
Megan knows exactly what she’s doing and makes sure you’re informed every step of the way. Her communication is exceptional. She was always available to answer questions or talk through concerns about a decision, neighborhood, or property.
Even though I had several complications during both the sale of my current home, and purchase of the new one, Megan and her team were always there with helpful information and solutions. I never felt ignored, and she always responded quickly with answers and results. Her group at The Wethington Team is a top-notch brokerage agency Everyone I dealt with there was super friendly, very proactive, knowledgeable and competent.
I worked with Megan for 3 months and will be using her again. I highly recommend her for anyone home shopping OR selling. She knows the business and is very professional. She’s like having a close relative as a realtor. Always looking out for you and wanting nothing but the best.

I had the pleasure of selling my home with The Wethington Team. Karan, Tiffany, Laura, and the rest of the team were very professional, timely, communicated well, and were extremely helpful before and after the sale. The home would have sold eventually but it is so good to have someone with experience and who knows the area for over 25 years. They know who to call locally if any issue arises. Selling a home can be a very stressful process but they took the stress away and made it simple.I recommend The Wethington Team without reservation and encourage you to use them.

Love love love this team of professionals. I used them for my first home and I'm working with Tiffany again for a second home. She is such a wonderful and delightful person to be around.
