This man is a credit to society and this establishment. Additionally, he and his employee stayed late to fix my tire, they didnt even mentioned it was after closing. “Junior was amazing! My Tesla had a flat tire on Christmas and he came out to help fix the flat. I know it was not much but man he was such a great guy for helping us out. He knows what to do with the my Tesla y and how it needs a jack pad so the battery won’t get damaged. He’s got us going with in 30mins. I guess Christmas will good us this year. “The guys are always friendly and helpful, and give 100%. But they are young, (what I would give to be their age again) and need just a little more experience. Of course, the best way to learn is by doing it, but it helps to have someone they can watch, and maybe help out when they get in a pinch.
I see these guys learning, but they don't have someone to learn from, and that is what would lift them up, and make them really good automotve techs.
The young guys manage, but Sam's, and Sam's customers would greatly benefit by slipping a good leader in there that the youngsters can look up to (and help them through a pinch or two).
Sam's management, listen up. I'm not saying they need a supervisor, or a boss... they need a leader who leads them without them knowing he is a leader. You know what I'm talking about. Take better care of your youngsters working in the automotive dept.... give them a leg up, it will pay off.”
