Came in to the store 07/20 at about 4:30 just to browse. Didnt come in for anything in particular when I came in the store, the shelves were quite bare but there were carts full of things to be put up everywhere. I was really looking forward to shopping at TJ Maxx, but my experience fell short due to some unprofessional behavior from management. Specifically, I saw a manager belittle an employee in front of customers, which was unacceptable. As a customer, I expect more from the leadership of a company like TJ Maxx. I hope they take this as an opportunity to improve their management style and treat their employees with respect. (To the blonde woman yelling at the young girl behind the jewlery counter, you owe her an apology, she didnt slam the counter door nor did she deserve to be called out in front of customers. I expect more from a member of management) This store is quite busy, get more people to assit im putting things away. The person behind your jewlery counter SHOULD NOT be expected to put things away while also looking after a counter on a busy Saturday night.

I love shopping here because of the large selection and the unique variety of merchandise. Cosmetics and jewelry are my favorite departments. That being said, I was looking at jewelry in the case. There wasn't anyone behind the counter to help , and my mom asked a young girl that worked there is there was anyone who could help us. She said she would, and she was rude the entire time waiting on us. Rolled her eyes a few times , and completely unfriendly/unprofessional . I didn't get her name due to her fact that no employee was were wearing a name tag. She was short, chubby, and her hair was in short red lox.

I had an issue at this store today, despite that, it absolutely was not the employees fault, but the other customers fault.
There was three resellers taking up all the popular halloween items. I saw multiple full carts from these people. Every single time employees were bringing out uboats of products, these three people snatched up everything. It's really sad and disheartening to have these resellers taking away the fun and the joy of doing halloween shopping.
Spooky is year round for me, but the decor only comes out once a year.
The other customer was even boasting about grabbing things before me and not getting the item, as well as making snide comments to me.
I spoke to the manager Theresa about this issue. She was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though it wasn't their problem or fault, she tried her hardest to be accommodating, and even apologized over the customers disgusting behavior.

This is the 1st TX I've been into both in the UK & USA that looks more like a 2nd hand shop. AND they don't sell mens shoes
