Love this tractor supply! Always get my feed here but we needed extra help with questions on one of the jeep go carts and Payton helped us with it. Couldn’t ask for a better customer service experience, need more employees like her in retail.

June 6th I went yo the store I bought a belt For tractor, and didn't fit, I went back to the store on June 19 for a refund I took my receipt and I gave it to the cashier I young girl, and she asked me for a credit card for to credit my account for $ 43.29 and it was strange that she didn't give my receipt back, when I recibe my bank statement instead of a refund they charge my account again for 43.29 so now the charge was 86.58 doble. I went back July 3rd, and the employee told me you need to have the receipt for the manager I can't help You if you don't have it. So be careful with refund they steal your money very easily don't trust cashiers and employees , if You are going to ask for your refund take pictures of your receipts before, or make sure you are getting your receipt back. Sorry I'm not to good speaking English,

Great pet wash! $10 per wash, and you just pay at the front checkout when you leave! They have all the shampoo/conditioner/towels/brushes to use also which is great!

The experience was horrible. I called this place to see if the dog wash station was open and the a young lady put us on hold for 15 min. We had to end the call and pick it up again to get our question answered. After we finish washing up the dogs, we stood in line for a good 15 min and when it was our turn the cashier LEFT without even saying a word. She saw us in line and just went to go talk to her coworkers for 5 min and not even acknowledge us. As we were checking out, we were charged twice for the two dogs. We were genuinely confused because a month prior a different employee only charged us once for two dogs. We politely asked why we were charged twice and she was being an asshole to us about it. Will never come here again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I purchased a Toro zero turn and paid $69.99 delivery fee.
Mower delivered the same day in a very undersized home made trailer with very unstable ramps. Mower was so shoe horned in trailer that pins were removed to allow deck to sit bridged from on side to the other.
Driver attempted a very questionable drive off but fortunately there was no gas and mower would not run. After many attempts to start mower I insisted that mower be disengaged and we roll it off trailer which was super sketchy to say the least.
So mower on the street safely.
No gas.
Low oil.
Really TSC?????
I asked the salesman before I left store during purchase if they check oil and make sure enough gas for loading and unloading and was assured all would be taking care of. NOT!
Bad service and terrible delivery. Looking back I should have refused delivery.
But…. Fortunately the mower is fine and works great and no one got hurt.
Just beware if considering a delivery and general service from this store.

Sherry was the most professional and knowledgeable employee about flea control on my dog . She was such a good resource for me. I wish that I had that service everywhere that I go. Cudos to Sherry! Such a great employee!

Has many things you need for daily housework whether you have a farm or live in the city. Lots of dog stuff. Good selection of work clothing. Everything from flowers to tractors to fences.

My experience is usually great but the last two times I've dealt with Sonya, I've left feeling like she was absolutely rude. Assuming she's of a leadership position from how she seems to run the floor, I'd expect a better example of good customer service. She will not greet ever, and will not ask if you need help or are finding things okay, which is fine. We all have our days. However today, I went in for chick supplies and had some saw blades to return, as they were incorrect for my uses. When asking which she needed to do first, she looked at me with a deadpan look and actually rolled her eyes. I was quite stunned. I don't think she actually realized she even did it. The overall experience of dealing with her is always terrible and I always leave thinking I should've gone elsewhere.This TSC is close to my house but I think it'll be worth it to drive further to the one with good customer service. Sonya's attitude is miserable and she desperately needs customer service training.
