BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a $7000 Bad Boy mower online from the Tractor Supply website, and the order was fulfilled with this store.
When the 3rd party delivery driver brought me the mower, before he even took it off the trailer, he told me that the employees at this store could not get the mower to start, but they told him to deliver it anyways! Talk about UNETHICAL and SHADY! We tried to start it on the trailer, and just like with the Tractor Supply employees, it would not start so I refused the delivery.
I called the manager of this store, and he was unable to help me beyond giving me a phone number for customer service.
I then spent 20 minutes on the phone with customer support, and I was told that I would get a refund of my $7000 in 3-5 business days, and then I could purchase a new mower from another store. NO THANKS!

The customer service guy claimed the propane was not currently working but maybe it would be later in the afternoon. He could only recommend another TRS that was 30 minutes away.

Tractor Supply in Burleson is a gem! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. They have an impressive range of tractor products, neatly organized and easy to find. The store layout is convenient, and the prices are competitive. Highly recommended!
