Horrible, horrible, horrible.
We placed a reservation to get a U-Haul for 5:30, even called at 5 o clock and was told as long as we got there before 6 we’re fine.
We showed up and the office was locked, nobody was in the office and we called several times and the calls were being transferred to a third party customer service who was contacting the manager on duty to let her know that we’ve been sitting and waiting for 25 minutes.
We were told that the manager was on-site cleaning units and would meet us in the front. The manager was never on site, she drove in from the street, not the storage place, turning in and not only did she show up at 6 pm..there were two people that came shortly before she arrived to drop off their keys and she assisted them before assisting my husband and I.
We waited 30 minutes driving an hour away this was very ridiculous.
She left the location, didn’t show up until the third party customer service called her several times, showed up 30 minutes later, and assisted a couple of white people before assisting me and my husband (Hispanic and black)

Went to this location on the 27th of June 2023 to pick up a truck I rented. First of all the address when you click it.on their site takes you to someone's house and not their location. After finally finding the place, I was asked to submit my ID online and I did like 6 times but was told it wasn't done right. So after wasting 15 minutes , the nice lady inside helped me. I paid and left and moved. My issue is there was only a quarter tank of gas and we was told to put that back in there . After doing so I get charged extra by them because after they moved it they decided to say it wasn't enough gas. It was when I dropped it off. Don't know how I went from spending 60 online to being charged 120. I called and asked and they couldn't tell me and hung up on me.

I spoke to a man today who. Was very helpful didn’t have the trailer I needed but he helped me find one however when I got to the place it wasn’t the right trailer so I thought no big deal lots of uhauls I’ll call them back find a different one LINSEY answered this time god bless us after 3 minutes of NOT even trying and me getting aggravated she hung up on me when I called back under threat of a bad review she backing off real quick but I was done so I wanted a manager there’s not one on site ok fine called the cleburne location they was way more helpful got me sorted out hey LINSEY maybe work on your people skills

When I arrived, no one was at the front desk. Waited for 20 minutes for a person to check me in. Finally got the truck and down the road I realized I didn't check to make sure their were blankets in the back. Pull over, no blankets in the back. Turned around, came back and guess what, no one is at the front desk again. Went searching around and found some myself. Gas wasn't all the way filled up because I had to put 10 gallons in it and I went 30 miles. Either the truck get 3 MPGs or it wasn't all the way full. When I got I bill it charged me for a hand truck and I didn't order that. Will have to call to get that charge removed. Terrible location, no one really around to talk about the issues.
