Make sure to email customer contracts and receipts in a timely manner so there isn’t any extra charges per day due to negligence. Also, have someone available to receive truck keys from customers. Instead of just advising them to leave the keys on the counter with a note attached. It’s been 2days after returning the truck and ticket still isn’t closed, and now there is an extra day charged on the account for no reason. Be very careful with these guys.

Very friendly and helpful. They even worked out my contract to a better deal due to my own fault of having to double mileage traveled.Will use again if need a truck rental in the area again.Thank you for the great service!!!!

I'm writing this review as I'm waiting for a call from Tammy in this office for over an hour now. My nightmare started with a phone call 10 minutes after my scheduled pick-up time informing me that my truck was not there as scheduled. After 45 minutes wait she called to tell me that the nearest location was Fort Worth. So I asked her if there was indeed a truck on sight waiting for me. Then she decided to call that location to confirm and then call me back. I would have expected that the 45 minutes she took would have allowed her to do exactly that.All in all, Tammy had no fault and was rather helpful doing all the leg work to ensure I had a truck at the other location.I get it, there is high demand for trucks, and often people are not responsible to return them on time, but as a multi billion company you have to figure a way to be reasonable and accommodating with their customers.

Called for a truck rental for pick up at 9:30 am. I got a call at 9:30 on the dot with him yelling at me saying he had been waiting for 30 minutes for us. We showed up at 9:40 (only 10 minutes late due to traffic) and he rented out a 26' trailer that had a bent frame and was practically over hanging in 2 lanes and the steering wheel was so sideways you couldn't see the speed you were going. Never using again!

The folks at the Neighborhood U-Haul on Renfro were very nice. They got me in and out very quickly. When I had a question about the charge on my credit card, it was addressed and corrected in a matter of minutes. Thanks guys! I will recommend this place to my family and friends.

We just made a phone call to get an inspection on our car for the towing dolly and the person who answered the phone was ridiculous. The customer service needs improvement due to employee making no effort in helping us. The employee said she doesn’t know any other location that does inspection. Then, we asked if she can look in up in their system, she just said “No.” Their facility does not have all the service that U-Haul offers, but they should at least have the resources to help their customers.

Overpriced on in town move. (Rented the truck for three hours). Paid more than $150.00 on a 15 mile one way and back.

I was to bring the truck back at 3:30 pm the next day. I called them and said I needed the truck over night. They said that was ok but I needed to return it by 8:00 the next morning because they had it rented . Said I would only be charged for the extra mileage not another days rental. I was charged an extra full day even though they made me bring it back 7 hours early. They did not care that one of their employees told me there would be no extra days charge and blamed U-Hall for this. Very poor customer service when I tried to get them to live up to their agreement.

Was very fast. Needed to haul a car from Burelson to Amarillo. Left Wichita Falls at 6 to get there by 830. One lady did my paperwork while a gentleman hooked up the trailer to my truck. My hitch was too long for safety chains to attach, so he put on some longer ones. Showed me how to strap the car down. I stopped back by on my way out and he checked to make sure everything was strapped down tight and correctly. Oh, and it was about 15 degrees while he did it all. Thank you!! GREAT service!!
