I came here about a week or two ago coming in just for some serum I saw on TikTok and I walked to the skincare section and met Amber and a nice lady who’s name I can’t remember (sorry ) told me immediately no to not get that brand, instead Amber who was very helpful… guided me through all skincare and asked me the right questions!! It’s like she knew!!! The products she recommended for me did cost me some $ but it was super worth it cause it helped all the way! Like I said it’s been a week or two and my skin has really cleared and improved and I really wanna appreciate her for that !! If you want some skincare advice and don’t know where to start, talk to Amber! She’s the best!!!

The girls that work there were really stuck up but the blonde gentleman w great style was awesome & helped me find what I was looking for & made sure it was the right product for me.

I am not sure about the review from Ryan King, but I love the Burleson Ulta! The ladies there are always super helpful and knowledgeable! Honestly Ryan’s review sounds like something a 2nd grade child would write. If you have laryngitis you should not be in a hair salon breathing in employees faces. Then the mention of a vacation. Stay at home if you are sick Ryan King!!!Now “Ryan” has noted that she will have people steal from the store. Ryan put the pipe down.

I love Ulta.. I've never had an issue with any store. The Burleson location is unbelievable?? The transgender manager treated me like I leprosy cuz I had laryngitis? "Eew step away from me if you're sick,;' I'm sorry what?? Am I treating you like that because you have a 5 head instead of a forehead? I can definitely tell you we're born Christopher not Christy. but I'm respectful! I didn't even say the word" blowout " ...so your not charging me for a blowout and I'm getting a refund! I cancelled my first vacation in 15 years because my hair looks like a man's crew cut? I want my $279 immediately!!!! And now we've resorted to name calling and hanging up the phone anytime I tried resolving this matter. Ashley..one of the.many managers just flipped out in a hateful rage about "not dealing with disrespectful pp" ok I've had enough. I DON'T HAVE MY REFUND BY MIDNIGHT TONIGHT THEN IM HAVING EVERYONE I KNOW GO ON A LITTLE SHOPPING spree. Yall will pay one way or the other!

This is my go to Ulta but after been here the last 2 times and been helped by Jazmin really staring to think my decision. She’s never helpful and all ways rude.

Have shopped with a ULTA for years and never had anything but positive experiences until I visited this location on Saturday 12/16/23. Dania and the other young lady working the register around 11:15AM were extremely rude and unhelpful. I needed to return a curling iron without a receipt that was gifted to me. I was given a very hard time even with me stating that I understood I could only be issued store credit- in which I was going to apply towards the purchases I was making for the day. The two girls basically told me they had no way to verify it was purchased from ULTA and the way they spoke to me came across as though they thought I was trying to pull some kind of scam. Not to mention while I checked out my $140 worth of new merchandise, I was snubbed because of the previous interaction. You ladies need to learn your company polices and how to provide better customer service because it clearly states on the back of your receipts/website that "Returns without a receipt or rewards number can be issued store credit for the lowest retail price at which the product was sold during the 90 day period preceding the return." I immediately called the cooperate office to complain and they assured me that I should have been offered store credit. I decided to visit to another location to complete my return because I refused to speak with these two again. Happy to say I was treated wonderfully at the other location and no issues given what so ever as I experienced at the Burleson store. Perhaps had I not come dressed down as I did that day, I would have been treated better by the superficial staff. I still love ULTA and will continue to shop here, but hopefully never have to encounter workers like these.
