Busy but line moved fast. I was having issues emailing my printouts then emailing to correct store as well as finding in my storage after download since they went to different save locations. Representative was nice and respectful the whole time eventhough I repeatedly moved myself out of line for others.

I went in recently to get some missing dog posters printed and the manager Khani was a big help getting that done for me
The printers weren’t cooperating at first but he made sure to get it taken care of
The dog was found next day thanks to those posters

I drove 20 minutes from my house because online it says they close at 9 p.m., and when I arrived I had the unfortunate surprise that it says different hours here. They should fix the information on the website because that is very important so as not to waste time and money.

Service terrific every time. Today a wonderful guy named Kyler helped us navigate QR codes Amazon screwed up basically. Kyler was patient and professional and very nice and it meant a lot to us! So a huge thank you to Kyler!

The process was in and out. It was super easy, super quick, all that happened was they scanned the QR code I received from Amazon and boom, that's it.

I felt disrespected by the reps from this store. While having a document notarized, I asked for the witnesses to print their name under their signature. I was ignored and the person asked the notary if he needs to print his name or just sign. This was an important document that I needed, should have been completed correctly. I did not argue and yes I paid for it, but the complete disrespect I felt is absolutely unacceptable. I will always go elsewhere after this interaction.

Was at store to drop off a preprinted label already on the package ready to go just needed it scanned into system . It was 4:59pm and was told we are closed . Even though there were other people still online at this location . I hate this location , there’s always bad attitudes here
