VisionWorks has great doctors and friendly, professional staff. The front desk had all my insurance and treatment plan prepared for my arrival. Most of all, I really like Dr. Nguyen. She's so friendly and personable that you feel like she's a family friend you've known her for years. At the same time, her knowledge and professionalism is exceptional. She goes beyond simply prescribing lenses. She takes the time to explain your tests results, what those measurements mean, and how your vision is affected. She conveys all this information in very clear and understandable terms. In short, both Dr. Nguyen and the staff are GREAT.!

This has always been our place for for glasses and contacts for year's. Unfortunately our insurance changed and had to go elsewhere. Well we are back even with our insurance still not the best we can not get the service and attention that Vision works offers at other places. We are customers for life.

My visit was quick. It was great to know that my measurements were already in the system. It was just a matter of me picking out my frames. The associate gave me honest feedback on my selections.

I had a great experience here!
The staff explained everything thoroughly and answered any concerns I had.
Although Dr.Nguyen was not in the office that day, Dr.Coombs was extremely helpful. She has been the most thorough and welcoming optometrist I've ever had.

I have been coming to this vision works for years. Even though staff has changes every year they have great customer service and always are helpful. I have been to other locations and employees have been rude and my prescription has been wrong multiple time.

The staff at this Vision Works is amazing. The optometrist, Kathy, is very friendly & genuine. She is very knowledge, and takes time with you in order to meet your needs. Me and my brother have been going here for several years. They do not disappoint.
