Pharmacy Dept. ReviewIf I could give it zero stars, I would.By far the worst customer service I've ever encountered by an organization that claims to employ professionals. The pharmacy techs are curt, condescending, abrasive, forceful, rude, and overall unprofessional. If it wasn't for the 24-hour operating hours benefit, I would take my entire family's prescriptions elsewhere. A young lady (sorry, I'd put her name but she didn't introduce herself before chastising me. She just started talking once I said hello) from the pharmacy phoned me today 5/9 at 10:30am upset that medication that I didn't order, were ready and threatened me if I didn't pick them up. I never requested the medication to be autofilled. I received a call weeks ago saying it'd be a good idea to put everything on auto refill, I declined. I suppose they took it upon themselves to do it anyway. As a result, I got this tacky tech calling me to threaten me for not picking up medication. She also took it upon herself, when I explained to her that I didn't request anything, to hang up in my face.Bravo, Walgreens for hiring such professionals. I hate to see how you treat elderly patrons. I wouldn't send my dog to this pharmacy. This isn't my first bad experience They're extremely slow and consistently provide poor customer service; hence, the 2.0 stars review rating. They don't seem to care.Find another pharmacy. Beware.

Poor management and even worse attitude. My wife had 2 line orders that were messed up. So when we called the first person we talked to had a hard time hearing us. Not that big of a deal, it wasn't her fault. We talked to the manager after and she was a real problem. Had an attitude from the beginning, canceled the wrong order, and when confronted with the issue she stated "it wasn't her fault and we didn't communicate what we needed" Then she hung up on us. Seems to be a reoccurring theme with this location.

unable to say much they only answer the phone long enough to put it on hold, then every time it rings they answer and place it on hold again without saying anything. worst pharmacy ever.

Can't get my prescriptions filled on time I Have to wait for my Lancets. Paid for a Box I never got. Because I questioned it the manager told me to take my business somewhere else. I am staying in touch with corporate. If you have problems with this manager please call corporate. We don't need anyone like him handling our medications.

HORRIBLE! 3 days on phone to transfer some prescriptions. Was told I'd have them Tue or Wed. It's Sat and still don't have. Out of meds!

I give 1 star only because it won’t let me me give no stars. Horrible pharmacy, horrible customer service. Pharmacist rolling her eyes at me while telling me that my daughter has no insurance and she wants to charge me full price for a prescription the hospital called in for her after her surgery. My daughter has insurance and I’ve never had a problem picking up prescriptions for her from competent pharmacies. Now there is a delay in getting her medicine while I have it transferred to CVS. meanwhile she is hurting. Stay far away from Walgreens and especially this one. Horrible horrible horrible!!!

Slowest and most disorganized pharmacy in the world. I do not know why I keep coming back. I’m not sure where the problem lies possibly with district manager because the managers at this place in the pharmacy I’ve been very slow and inefficient for so many years

This morning was my first time at this location. I enjoyed being one of only a few in the store. It made for a quiet and peaceful visit while I tried to have a picture enlarged.After not having success on my own, I was very grateful for the young ladies who helped me correct the mess I made of my prints, all the while smiling so professionally. Thank you, Ladies. ? ?

This is my 3 encounter with this location and my last. The pharmacy staff need additional guidance and training. They have zero customer service skills. There’s no order to their system. When an appointment is made, expect to wait 15-20 past your appointment time to get what you need done. The quoted times for prescriptions need to stop if they cannot full-fill their promise. I attempted to pick something up at 2pm. I was told it would be ready by 1pm. I waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes just to get to the window and told my fully packaged and sealed prescription was not ready. I’m kind of dumbfounded the lady told me I could call another location and fill there; which I did. The lady at another location told me it would be ready by the time I drove over there and sure enough it was.

Worst customer service. Whenever I call Walgreens I can never reach to anyone at the store or pharmacy. It's just keep ringing and staff just keeping me on hold without even talking to me. It rings and then they just pick up and put on hold non stop. I was on the phone for almost 40 mins and no answer from anyone. And then even phone gets tired that it just automatically disconnect. This is just ridiculous. Who has time to stay on the phone forever for medications. Instead it will be easier to go mom and pop pharmacies where I can get personalized service.

Worst pharmacist in the Metroplex. Every month we have to go twice because this pharmacy doesn’t order controlled substances and keep on hand even when you call and is filled every month. My mother n law fills a RX Every month here for epilepsy and it’s the same issue even after multiple calls Very unorganized.

Incompetent. My son had oral surgery, and we had to practically fight them for his ibuprofen for pain. My husband went to get them, and they told him they weren't supposed to fill them until tomorrow. Then he went back an hour later and they left out the pain pills. I call and they act clueless and then hang up on me. They are just awful.
