2/22 I literally waited 35 min with one lane in the drive through open and one car in front of me before driving off. If it’s a lengthy transaction why not make that person come inside. Very frustrating.

Drive-through is never open, which forces you to go into the lobby where there is only one teller. This has happened multiple times to me and my wife. It usually takes 10 to 20 minutes to get hel in the bank.If you call this location nobody ever answers the phone ?

Worst WF in the area here. Drive thru is never open and when you go inside you better plan on being there forever. Service is super slow and there are never enough people to help. Never going here again. Will just drive out of the way to go to a better one with better service and an open drive thru.

This bank takes FOREVER!!!! Literally not professional at all, loved the lady who set up my account but the rest of the banking including pull up teller sucks and is so SLOW! Shouldn’t sit in the pull up teller slot for 15 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

This bank and the manager running it is not good at all, they need a new manager to run this bank, get her out of there before you all keep loosing customers, customer service sucks, GET A NEW MANAGER IN THERE THAT CAN BE PROFESSIONAL she’s driving this bank into the ground

Stupid people here, ima semi truck driver from California, i left my truck unattended and booked uber for 40 miles to get some imp paperwork from here, they refused to help they said we are closed and we only help people with drive by servicesIf you have car we can help you

Attempted to cash a check at the drive up teller and was told they were unable to cash my check or deposit it fully due to it not being a Wells Fargo check. The lady who helped me was very rude and pretty much told me no we can’t do anything for you. Ended up going to a branch in benbrook who gladly and without hesitation cashed and deposited the check whilst also making it fully available that same day.Do better at trying to fulfill customer needs instead of just brushing them off

Rudest customer service here out of any WF I have event been too. I went this past Thursday 6/15/23 at around 4:15 to the second drive thru teller and I got the rudest lady who made no effort to help. I attempted to cash my check from my employer the lady then proceeded to tell me she could not cash it fully or make it available fully even though i’ve cashed this check before same day made available with no issues. I asked why cant it be made available immediately or just cashed she said due to the account status my husband asked her to elaborate she simply said sir this check is not a WF check i cant cash it here theres a first national bank of texas across the street if you wanna go there thats all. Went to a different WF in benbrook only to find out the lady at the burleson branch did not even run the check to verify it i explained what happened to me to the teller in benbrook she told me she didnt even attempt to run your check in the system thats weird there is no reason why it cant be deposited she proceeded to help me and handle everything in less than 5 minutes!!!

If I could give no stars I would in this instance when I REALLY needed their cooperation and help. I came in because I needed either for them to print a temporary check for me or to give me a letter with the bank letterhead on it and the contents of the letter stating that I am the rightful owner of my bank account, along with the routing number and my bank account number. Because these were savings accounts, I knew that checks could not be printed on those accounts but the letter could have been done for me. It would not have taken them five minutes. I was offended by the teller beside the one I was dealing with, piping in and her tone of voice very cold and unkind. At this point I want to state why I needed this letter. I needed it to verify that I was the rightful owner of the account that I wanted my mortgage company to wire the money in to in which I was drawing on equity that I needed. At this point the teller told me, "A bank statement should be good enough for your mortgage company." As if she was the expert. I told her again that they were requiring a letter with the bank letterhead on it and that it was essential that I get it because it was the only thing left before they would give me my loan. My teller went to the back and asked someone in charge if they could do that and also asked if they could speak to my person handling my loan. She came back and said that the person in charge said that they would not talk to my loan officer from the mortgage company and no they would not do a letter for me.I wanted the wired transfer to be put in to a certain account there at WF but because of their unwillingness to service me, I had to go to my other bank (Not another WF branch) in which they were more than happy to accommodate me.I feel like what I requested was a simple thing to do which would not have taken five minutes but because of their unwillingness to help me, the sizable sum of money will be deposited to my other bank which is NOT WF.I also did not appreciate the snot who was so cold to me.

Slow and rude, I've been here a quite a few times and the ladies manning the drive through are awful.
