Great service, specially the area where you order groceries and go pick them up. The Manager comes out and greets you and makes sure everything is being taken care of. Even tho it gets packed they move super quick and makes sure it's super convenient and you get great customer service!

The manager Lewis was digging in my groceries. I left my wallet outside. There was no other customers in self checkout. I literally was gone for a minute come back in. He took all my groceries put them in a basket and was eating grapes out of the bag that I am supposed to be paying for. just looks at me and said these are good. I informed him that I will be going to H-E-B to buy groceries. I'm not going to pay the $200 that's in my grocery basket because his hands are all over them and then he wants to call me a bad word and tell me to get out of his store. I asked to speak to the manager. He says I am the manager and the owner just get out. Lewis is always extremely rude to any customers he doesnt like. that's what the guy working customer service said.

Kroger staff rarely answer the phone. Puts me on HOLD up to 15 minutes then I just hang up.My credit card information keeps being deleted from my account info. I like ordering online and pickup.I don't like having to put my card info in each time. So either they get to the bottom of this problem which seems to happen a lot or I'll go to Walmart online shopping.

I love buying groceries at Kroger, until I get ready to check out. They do not have enough checkers! I know they have self check but when you have a full bill of groceries it's just too much to try and do there. Plus being a senior citizen that is not some thing that comes easy for us!

Only about 40 percent of the people that shop here wear a mask. The woman infront of me was mouth breathing on my groceries.

First off I'm starting with the Pharmacy, both times I've had an appointment for the vaccine I was treated no earlier than 30 minutes after my appointment. Not just treated, even spoke to. Second, the self check out machines are SLOW and the cashier who helps is just as slow and annoying when it comes to helping.

I absolutely love this store. So many wonderful selections from produce to meat & seafood. I wish they had a store like this back in my home state. I'll be relocating to this city in the near future & look forward to many hours of shopping here.

Rude people terrible customer service. A glass bottle fell out of the bag when my mom picked it up. And it shattered all over the floor. The employees were very rude. Complained when they had to clean up the mess and even tho my mom got the replacement to help out. They still eyeballed her and had a bad attitude.

You might want to check your packaged salads. I love your store and until now never had a problem. I bought the Apple Walnut w/ Chicken and it had a bug in it. I took a picture but there is no way to send through review. I hope this was a one time deal.

Good luck using the drive thru Pharmacy. Prepare for a 20 minute, butt clenching wait. The pharmacists will do drive bys past the window as you wait in agony to use the toilet. Time to church it up Kroger!

Even before the coronavirus pandemic, Kroger has been so helpful in all of our needs especially floral. John is an amazing asset to the floral department and is extremely helpful. Their prices are fair and they are always upfront with you about what you are getting.

This is one of the best grocery stores in Burleson because of the wide variety of choices and consistently low prices. We usually go to the smaller one in Crowley but this is a close second if we're not going to HEB.

Twice the bakery messed up our birthday cakes. The first time we asked for a particular flavor and frosting in different bright colors but they brought out pastel colors and a completly different flavored cake then we ordered. This last time we ordered a Paw Patrol sheet cake and they brought out Troll cake on the order they wrote Poppy Troll. What!!!!! Then we had to wait 30 minutes for them to make the correct cske and the lady told us she would just give us the cake but put an $18 price tag on it. At the resister they had to call the bakery and they said they couldn't do that, but took off $8.00. All in all we will not be using Kroger as our bakery again.

I really like this location. It is very clean and very large. The layout is very easy to navigate. The customer service at check out is good. I do appreciate that they have several cashiers available so you are not forced to do the horrible self check out. The prices are very good with a lot of specials.
