on Sunday evening in Marble Falls is not the place you wanna have a flat tire. I had a flat and rolled the tire trying to get to a station to the point the tire tread came off. I called several places before finally getting a hold of advantage. He was there within 20 minutes scarless loaded my He was there within 20 minutes scarlessly loaded my Tesla onto the back of his truck. Strapped it down Security. Then delivered it to Discount Tire. It was undamaged.

I locked my keys in the car. I called and Kirk let me know he would be there in 15 minutes. Kirk was there in 13 min and had me back in my car in literally 30 sec. I definitely recommend their service. I was in a small country town and could've easily been an hour wait. I'm was happy to share my review. Thanks again Kirk!

They text me all of the time telling me that they're on the way, I don't have nor have I requested service from them. It's annoying and makes me wonder how organized and responsible they can really be

Shorthanded. Customer asked to wait 4.5 hrs for a tow. Dispatcher was very nice and checked up on me. I was able to get the car back on the road in 2hrs, so the two never happened. Made it home 3hrs later than expected.

Kirk with Advantage towing came to our Burnet home to tow our car to Cedar Park. He got it started with a jump box and then came back again since after starting wife turned off car. He operates with integrity and kindness. Highly recommend.

I met Kirk on one of the worst nights of my life. On a dark county road I ran my Jeep off and into a ditch. All the airbags went off, my right tires were flat. I had never wrecked a car, Kirk was very calm and reassuring to my husband and I. When I came two days later with my Dad to get a few things out he first asked how I was and seemed genuinely concerned, apologized that it wasn't easier to access. When my husband and I came to get the rest of the items Kirk had taken the plates off for me and had kept the insurance from picking the vehicle up. He told them "they still have things in it and you need to do right and call them." He did not have to do that but he did.I hope I never need him for a wreck but if I need a tow for another reason I will call them first. I had a great experience using this tow truck service. I got a flat on my car & I called them & they were straight with me. Gave me a price & where they'll take it. Service was $80 & he came by at 7:30am, the following day. For anyone looking for a tow in Burnet, I recommend this company. They're fast, nice & friendly, efficient, straight-to-the-point, & professional. I now have my go-to towing if I need it.
