“Hill Country Collision, Daniel, and team, did an absolutely outstanding job on my truck! The quality of their work and attention to detail were top-notch — it looks brand new again. They kept me updated throughout the process, worked well with my insurance agent, finished on time, and handled everything professionally from start to finish. “I hit a dog at night on a country road. while going home. I was going below the speed limit when the grey farm dog suddenly ran into me. I had a fraction of a second view of him before I hit the dog. In addition I had traffic behind me so if I suddenly hit the brakes I probably would have caused an accident with the car behind me. I’m sorry about the dog as I like animals.

The damage was enough that I heard breaking plastic from the bumper cover and other parts which included the entire wheel well liner. My car was drivable, so I continued home. A casual look the next morning didn’t show obvious damage until you look closer.

The shop got the replacement parts (insurance normally won’t pay for OEM replacement parts) but the bumper cover wouldn’t take the paint without peeling off twice. They got the insurance company to okay the OEM bumper cover which took the paint perfectly.

The repair and paint job looks like the car is brand new (it’s 10 years old). I almost don’t want to sell it but I had purchased a new car a few days before and I don’t need 3 cars.

This shop had done some repairs several years before because the dealer I bought it from wouldn’t fix a damaged steering rack plus front and minor rear suspension damage from the previous owner, a major car rental company. I suspect a renter had slid into a curb and didn’t report it or the rental company didn’t look. I discovered the problem when one of my front tires and one of the rear tires wore out very quickly. It cost me about $2000 in repairs. I had purchased it as a CERTIFIED used Toyota Camry. So much for Toyota’s CERTIFIED CARS and AUTO NATION car dealers. If you buy from AUTO NATION , BEWARE! They are on my never consider list now (I hope someone at AUTO NATION reads this review). The car is otherwise fine except for a few annoying things.

The review asked about price but my insurance deductible was $201 so that is what it cost me. Not to mention the rental car extra costs as I had rental insurance too.”

“O'Reilly Auto Parts never disappoints.
Every time I walk in, their team goes above and beyond to help me find exactly what I need whether it’s a specialty part or something common. Most of the time, they’ve already got it in stock, but even when they don’t, they can get it within just a few hours. Fast, reliable, knowledgeable... this is my go-to parts store, no question.”
