Kept boat for 3 months, never finished the job. Overcharged me.
Greg was rude and acted like I was putting him out just to work on my boat.
I'll never go back there. Save yourself a headache. GO TO RT MARINE!!!

Owner Greg will cuss you out when you call him out on shoddy work.
Charged me for battery replacement when he didn't secure battery w straps so battery bounced around in hull...my fault?
He broke my trailer jack when moving with a tractor (improperly secured again) then replaced with small cheap jack that wont lift enough to put on my hitch...again my fault?
Sold me oring that is wrong part..and again blames me for it?
Somehow this is all my fault he had excuses for everything.
Go elsewhere I'm scared to run my motor that he put a water pump on now I need to go through and use a torque wrench and verify everything was done to oem spec...will be dropping lower unit myself. No wonder honda is lowest rated dealerships out there.
On high note the other older man Rick at counter is as nice a fella as they come!
** update** my engine he checked out immediately overheats when on water. Please take your boat elsewhere for service** what a waste of time and money

Requested a pontoon on very short notice on a Saturday in the middle of June. They were able fix us up with a very nice boat, and despite being short handed that day, they got us in, and out, of the water with very little waiting. I would definitely use them again.

In the middle of the boating season one repair shop couldn't accept new customers. Boat Docktor told me to bring in the boat. It wasn't in their shop an abnormal amount of time, even if not "in-season". Very clean shop and very professional. I will definitely be back for future repairs.

We brought our boat to Lake LBJ for the first time over Memorial Day weekend and 5 minutes after we launched it, we got an “engine overheating” code and it stopped working. We called all around hoping for someone to come out and check it out! Gregg & the guys at The Boat Dockter came out and knew exactly what was wrong and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes!! Thank you so much guys!! Highly recommend these guys, as they came out less than an hour after calling and saved our weekend!! Y’all are the best! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

This place has no idea how to treat customers. A horrible experience all around. I went to this place a few days ago to buy a lower unit and they had a used one. We agreed on a price and we agreed that I would buy it if the magnet and the oil were in good shape.
I pulled the plug and there were CHUNKS of metal on the magnet and water in the oil. Greg didn't like that I wouldnt just take the blown lower unit and pay full price ($1100)f it. Instead of just accepting the fact that the unit was toast he continued to hurl insults and lies my way here are a few.
1. "You must not be very smart then"
2. "You have no idea what you are talking about all lower units have water in the oil'
3. "I could put $100 in parts into that thing and sell it for alot more money"
Hey Greg if you are reading this just a heads up... I'm an ASE certified mechanic, I'm a mechanical engineer and no matter what you say gear oil is lighter than water and it will seperate over time. OH! And also I found a lower unit from a guy who wasn't trying to screw me!
Save yourselves the hassle and avoid these crooks.

I paid $1,525.63 and received absolutely no work on my boat. These are the most unprofessional and dishonest people that I have ever dealt with.
The insurance company would have paid for full restoration of all the flood damages, but the boat was not even touched and would not start after being picked up. Please avoid getting ripped off by this business!!!

You can always depend on Greg when you have boat issues. Our starter went out on the boat when we were on the lake. He came out, diagnosed the problem and came back with a starter and repaired right then. Thanks again for the fast service.
