Thanks ti Ryan Tucker we were able to complete a purchase on our awesome Dodge Durango. He assisted on every way possible. Answered all questions that we had and mad us feel like we were important and deserving of our vehicle. He was extremely honest and worked hard with finance for us to make this purchase. My Salesman Wes Tumey was Phenomenal ?. he did everything right!! He got the deal done for me and I absolutely love ❤️ my 2020 Jeep Gladiator. He definitely went to bat for me and made it happen. On the other hand! The General manager has some work to do! Her name is Kristin and she definitely lacks customer service skills. She was rude, she doesn’t acknowledge the customers, she acts like she’s better than everyone else and she talks down to her employees in front of her customers. My jeep had the rear brake light out when we picked it up and I called Wes and told him and he said bring it back and we will fix it for you because that is on us it’s illegal to drive without it. I went up there and she was arguing with him saying that it’s not illegal and that they weren’t going to pay for it ? I had to pull it up on my phone on Google and Wes showed it to her so that she knew the law in Texas. Yeah she definitely lacks customer service skills and empathy but Wes was amazing and we love our Jeep!! Too bad she had to ruin my opinion on Cecil.

Go see Nick! He is helpful, professional and courteous. We could not be more pleased with the experience at Cecil Atkinson dealership in Burnet. Everyone was kind and upfront with all information. After buying cars in San Antonio and Austin, this dealership was a breath of fresh air! Thank you again! It was definitely worth the 2hr drive!!

Today is Flag Day and instead of flying the American Flag, the Texas Flag is raised. I've noticed on several occasions when the flag is supposed to be at half mast, it's not. You literally have the highest flag pole in Burnet. If you're going to display the flag, do so properly. I don't know about y'all.

My buddy took his truck there because it would not start mechanics said computer was the issue later found that mechanics at Cecil did not properly troubleshoot his truck and the problem was a simple blown fuse and charged him upwards of $1200 dollars for a misdiagnosis.
