I was referred by a friend in April 2023 to come to this dealership due to the issues I was having with my previous truck. I saw this 2020 Ram Lone Star, they had in stock and the vehicle history did not say this truck had any problems. Not even a month after purchasing this truck I already had to take it in for repairs. After that I have had this truck for repairs practically every month. The salesman who sold me the truck even tried to see if they could get me out of the truck but his GM would not do anything because they said I owe too much, in which I said “of course I still owe, I just bought the truck”. If I had known this truck was going to be a problem, I would have held onto the truck I had before because at least it would not be in the shop as much as this one has.I don’t understand how a company who sells a vehicle that has been in the shop almost every month can’t even try to help get out of it without asking for more money down. The salesman and service department tech have even told the GM the truck is a problem. I will give them guys a big thanks for at least trying. I will be honest when people ask me about this dealership and tell them to look elsewhere. I am one of those persons who would return for business but this dealership management don’t seem keen on working with their customers. Not once did their GM at least talk to me about the truck. Goes to show how well leadership and service is with this company.

First off, Roger Pena is beyond the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. It was worth the drive from Oklahoma to get our vehicle from him. The lack of 5 stars are reflective of other variables, but not from Roger. Go ahead and visit this car dealership, they listen and deliver!

Had a great experience at this dealership. Bought my tremor here and Roger Pena was my salesman. Roger was awesome and was very helpful. Scott the general manager was also a big help. If you are in the market for a car call Roger. He really treated me like family and was great.

Was discouraged with the Service representative for repairs to my car. Each time I spoke to him I felt as if I was a pain. In first contact I was encouraged to take my vehicle elsewhere.Eventually they repaired it but I doubt I would ever buy a car from them just because I dont care for how the repair shop attends to its customer.Maybe they are to busy?Who knows.YMMV

I couldn't have asked for an easier experience. Rick Carter is the absolute best!! I got the EXACT vehicle I wanted and more! Richard made the purchasing process just as easy. I found my forever vehicle but, would definitely recommend them to anyone looking!

Service department is terrible. They replaced a bad part under warranty. They removed my driveshaft for the fix but failed to properly tighten the flange bolts on the driveshaft during replacement. Months later when the driveshaft failed they blamed me for not inspecting their work!?! Did not stand behind their workmanship. Instead of customer service the use customer blame. Take your vehicle to a place with integrity.

The service department is awful, I have tried to bring my vehicle in to get a diagnostic done for transmission troubles. I was told it would take a week to diagnose, and they did not have a vehicle to loan. I have tried to bring my vehicle in several times, since I’ve had a vehicle, and was told they had no loaners. Will not be buying another vehicle from this dealership.

I was looking for a specific truck and their website showed that they had it. When I called about the truck I was told that they had it, but it was damaged during the last hail storm. I worked with the sales manager, Anita, and the general manager, Scott, and was able to work out a deal. I live 2 hours away and they went above and beyond to see that I was inconvenienced as little as possible. The repairs were done after all the parts came in and I couldn’t be happier. This small dealership may not have a huge inventory to choose from, but they will do their best to make you a deal.

Super nice people working here and my sales person KaylaS was fantastic even working after hours on a Friday to get answers to my questions. She made the process quick and easy. I will recommend KaylaS to anyone I meet looking for a vehicle.

I bought a Ford Explorer from here in 2017 & it was great. I called them on Friday and requested a vehicle that was in Uvalde. The lady said that it would be here today! I made an appointment and took off work to be here & they told me that the vehicle was sold. I had cash & wanted a test drive first. I called them & requested the vehicle before it was sold. She lied to me. I waisted my time. Will This place has went downhill. In 2017 they were awesome. When we walked in today, the lady I had an appointment with (I don’t want to name her, but I can) didn’t even get up off the chair. They don’t want my business. Its fine, I will take my money elsewhere!

This place has horrible service. Over 15 yrs ago I bought a jeep here... apparently the mentality of the employees hasn't changed much. Today I took my mom to pick her vehicle after they repaired it...the timing on that was great BUT!!! Jason Harborth in their service department was extremely rude to her; she was paying with points accumulated on her credit card and he told her it would take 2 HOURS to process her transaction...the only reason it took only 20 MINUTES was because she got the credit card company on the phone to speak with him. As soon as he knew what she was doing he jumped up and took care of business. I, AS WELL AS MY MOM, AM COMPLETELY DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP & WE WON'T EVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN...NOR DO WE RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE ELSE!!!!!!!
