Easy to find, clean rooms and *most importantly* a friendly staff. Ben was so helpful and Ann was happy to make local suggestions. Super cute town and quick drive to Marble Falls!

Nice place to stay for a weekend at the lake . The closest boat launch is 10 minutes up HW 29.

Very poor business practices. I was extremely disappointed with the manager of this hotel. She lacks customer service. I accidentally booked the wrong day and customer service told me I could do a one time curtesy to move the reservation to the night I needed and the manager flat out refused. I thought I was checking in and I saw that I was paying for a night and I asked for refund and she didn’t do that either. No issues with anything else other then washing machines were always broken. If everything goes as planned stay here but don’t expect good customer service.

Had an issue with the frig in the room leaking. Maintenance took care of it but it still was leaking that night and they didn't provide extra towels. By 2nd night it had stopped leaking tho.

The Room was so nice, but the pool was out of service. The first night, they said a child vomited in the pool. The second night, they said chemicals just went in. There is nothing to do in town in the evening, so without the pool, we had nothing to do.
Nearby activities: Longhorn Cavern was great. Vanishing Texas River Cruises canceled our tour after hours by text with no alternate date to attend.

When I am in Burnet Texas- this is my place to stay- always clean, polite staff- easy check in/ out.. great simple breakfast- decent rates- location is great-
Rooms: Rooms- are modern and linens are great- easy in and out showers- plenty of ports to charge technology- very clean , fresh and maintained rooms with microwave, coffee pots- and fridge
Safety: Pathways are clear, entryways are slip resistant- I felt- comfortable walking and secure with my bad ankle
Food & drinks: 24/ citrus water and coffee- breakfast is hot and grab n go- simple and easy-

I arrived early for a business training, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was able to do an early checkin and get settled. The room was very spacious with multiple outlets for any accessories needed to set up a mobile office space. The room was clean and had a small fridge, microwave, and a small coffee pot. I had a room facing the road, so occasionally I would hear air brakes overnight from the large trucks on the main highway, but otherwise the hotel itself was pretty quiet and I had a restful sleep. Starting at 0600 there was a full self service breakfast with juices, coffee, cereals, Texas waffles, eggs, sausage, and toast. The coffee was definitely not strong enough for my liking and the orange juice was not fresh, but everything else on the buffet was great. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for anyone passing through Burnet.
