Can’t believe it I just came out of there like really really angry because they can’t print a receipt. They had me waiting there for 30 minutes and no one can print a receipt seriously like everywhere you go they can reprint a receipt everywhere and there’s three people in there and no one can reprint a receipt they don’t know. No one told her told them how to do it. They have never done it. This is just ridiculous. I didn’t put zero stars just because I couldn’t. It didn’t let me who put this people to work here. People work here if they don’t know how to do their job.

Store has improved greatly ,those who actually work there do over and above with what help they can hire that are willing to give a good days work not scared of work not wanting to just stand around and look good I've been in Burnet since 2005 I shop in this store and the old one THIER bread is really good I buy a lot of my food there clover valley brand are better than most name brands and cheaper if anyone has a different opinion you've never work in a place without good willing help. Please give them another try you maybe SURPRISED.

Very upset I purchased 9 items and used the DG app to find discounts and deals. At register 7 items rang up more than shelf it app price clerk said they didn’t know anything about the app. For example I saw a new candy item in an end cap under each section was marked $2.00, the app gave me a deal if buy 2 get 1 free. They rang up 3 @ 2.35 and 3. @2.65. No discount for free one. Manager was called and she sent clerk to check shelf, clerk came back saying it was 2.75, I was shocked! Manager said I was getting it at a discount and could not do anything if app didn’t give me discount when I entered my phone number. After much discussion regarding pricing errors I finally gave up paid and left. But when I got to my car I just couldn’t let it go so went back into store to check shelf price. There was the clerk and manger pulling the $2.00 pricing off the shelves!!! Needless to say I was not happy. I called corporate to file a complaint and they said DM would contact me in 24 hrs. I did not receive a call and after 4 days called back to get sane assurance DM was notified and it was escalated still no response I called bank one more time and finally gave up. I will not shop this store again. Price on shelves should always be accurate and honored, evidently they dint care that they are overcharging their customers. It that their employees and managers lie about it.

I go to this store a lot because it's only three minutes from me and they have good deals on cleaning supplies, snacks, laundry detergent and fabric softener. They also have seasonal decor at great prices and lots of home decor. They have kitchen and gardening items, baby stuff, party supplies, food, drinks, ice-cream and gift cards. This store has tons of stuff. They even have cigarettes and lighters. Oh, and Q-tipps, beauty products, pain relief products and vitamins. This is my favorite place to go to whenever I want snacks because I can stock up on a lot of fun stuff for not a lot of money. The staff are very friendly and willing to help if I ever need anything. Sometimes I need something from the top shelf and they are happy to do it. Overall I really like this store and I recommend it to anyone.
