JB's quick ship is great service at both locations in Burnet and MF. The lady is polite, helpful and really kind, old school customer service at its finest. The lady is always very helpful and knowledgeable, assisting us with shipping needs. He helped with uhaul rental, adapter for lights, and make sure we know what to get. The lady was patient and highly recommend.

Louie was so helpful with a uhaul rental. I had to go buy an adapter for the lights next door at orielly and he helped make sure I knew what to get and was so patient. I highly recommend
