This is by far the cutest place I’ve been in. We just picked up a trailer full of one of a kind items. The owner Sassy, her husband, and daughter were soooo helpful. I want to give a shout out to Blanca for doing an amazing job on painting and finishing the items in the store. You won’t find these prices anywhere else! I would highly recommend going here!!

Pickins by Sassy is an incredible store. When you walk in you feel at home. The furniture and "pickins" are staged throughout the store. High quality items not a rummage pile to sort through. The employees and owner are courteous, accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend stopping by to peruse.

So this antique place is wonderful. Sassy is a lot of fun Store is very clean quality items for sale and she even gave us a great deal. There is something for everyone Her daughter and husband work there with her so it's warm with a home like feel. We bought an apothecary and it's beautiful and she gave us an amazing deal. So if you are out in Burnet. Take a min and go check out her store ? You won't be sorry. Tell her Angela sent you. Sassy is a real gem. Thank you guys will come see u real fast

Wow, what an amazingly cool place to shop and look at vintage and funky furniture, jewelry, art, and the kitchen sink. Kimmy is the owner, and you will be hard pressed to find a sweeter, kinder, and more energetic person on this Earth. She will wheel and deal with you (She insists) and she will always make sure you get a bargain. Do yourself and the Burnet community a huge favor and hop in the car and head to Pickins by Sassy. I promise you won't leave without a smile and some kind of funky fun. We bought this shabby chic TV stand there. Amazing!!

First of all , I love this place ! Great place to find vintage treasures, item to restore and gifts .The owners bring in that country living vibe and professional business mentality. I highly recommend any one to stop in and take a look and introduce themselves to the Owners . Kim & Big Daddy are spectacular people and provide great service!! I give this business five stars !!!

Great finds at this store. Furniture is priced reasonably. Owner will work with you. She just wants her customers to be happy, and she's incredible at that. We purchased a beautiful dresser recently and couldn't be happier. So many amazing finds. We bought a couple other things while we were there. It's hard not to find something you'll fall in love with. Recommend checking this place out if you're in need of furniture and other household items.

WOWOWOWOWOW! JUST WOW!!!! Out in HSB for business and cant help checking the local thrift antique scene. I’m so glad I went in! STOP HERE FIRST! Right at closing, it was busy! we drove by and saw all the happy young couples trotting out with their beautiful finds and we slipped in at the last second. Sassy was so sweet and welcoming! Even entertained our “active” toddler, Eleanor; while we browsed. The prices and quality of the furniture and home accessories are insane, to die for amazing! I left with a gorgeous table and chair set of my dreams for less than ikea prices! I’m in good deal shock! Amazing selection, clean, not pushy, accommodating! Layaway and wonderful people! Sassy is a fairy godmother! This store is awesome! I cant wait to go back! Will stop here every chance I get to check new inventory!
