“I truly cannot put in to words the love and gratitude that I have for Dr McBride, Norinne and the whole Burnet Veterinary team.

After experiencing very damaging and terrible treatment at a corporate clinic in Austin - a friend referred me to Burnet Vet while in crisis to save my beloved best friend. I called the clinic and let them know my dog had an urgent and life threatening infection. Shortly after, Dr McBride called me directly, asked all the right questions, let me cry, and he said “come on in right now, we’ll help ya.”

That’s exactly what I did, and it was easily one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Dr McBride has heart, true love for animals, and the no nonsense knowledge required to save lives - all of which he shares joyfully and authentically in the service of his patients, and the humans who love them. It is obvious that he truly loves his work, and that he was built for it just the same.

I could write a novel on this place, and I just might. Dr Dan McBride is the best veterinarian in Texas, and easily one of the best in the world.

P.S. my girl is BIG, about 95lbs and still a crazy puppy. At the time we first went in, she was having a lot of anxiety due to the trauma she experienced at another clinic leading up to finding this place. They put her at ease quickly. They know how to observe, and work with the animals needs to help them feel comfortable and safe during treatment.”
