I am a hospice nurse and I had a patient in a pain crisis who needed pain medication ASAP. The last time I called, I called at 5:45, and the pharmacy closes at 8. I ended up hanging up after waiting on hold for over two hours for one phone call. Earlier in the day, anytime I had to contact the pharmacy, I waited on hold for 30 minutes to an hour. Apparently this store does not care to prioritize phone calls at all. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be recommending that my patients do not use this pharmacy from now on.

When we first started using this pharmacy a year ago, my perception was the best and fastest customer service of any Walgreens Pharmacy I ever experienced; that perception has changed...!!! We will be finding a new pharmacy. Lack of organization, care, and efficiency is gone! Drive-thru is even worse around lunchtime. Staff could care less if you have sat in line for 15 min, they'll just shut the blinds and go to lunch. Perfect example of DEI hiring at it's best... Save yourself, find another pharmacy. DO NOT recommend!

Started this location because of available hours and fast service. My child has a disability and when we need meds we need them at odd hours and fast. Now they are the exact opposite, insanely slow and rude. Today the lady told me she "couldn't do" something that has been done many times over in the past. She just didn't want to do her job, so we had to pay more than required just so my daughter can get her meds and she can be lazy. Will be going to another pharmacy. Don't recommend.

This pharmacy is the worst ever. Find another pharmacy. Prescriptions are never filled complete, unexplained price increases. They take long lunches and close early at times for no reason. Stay away!

poor excuse for a pharmacy.you cant call them by phone - can only work with automated calls.I reordered a Rx 3 times & they just couldnt make it happen.this this was the 3rd time this happened .same day I called got another local pharmacy in town to transfer the Rx & I got it in about 30 minutes.I'll never use Wallgreens again

Terrible management by Patricia Poorez the bully, she is aggressive to the customers and vendors, offensive to the customers and the employees at the store, abusive and prideful, difficult to work with, the store is losing business and lots of money because of her, terrible management personality, lack of customer service in the store, please see previous public review 1 star from other customers.Please find another BETTER manager for this store..

Well unless u know where every item is in this Walgreens go on down to HEB they actually will help u find something even if they don't know where it is! I ask 3 people the pharmacist, the lady at the front, who directed me to the photo shop guy to show me! When I ask hin to help me, his reply was No, sorry I can't help u I don't know where that is kept!!! No one at Walgreens in Burnet Tex on Friday at 800am could help me there were maybe a hand full of customers at that time!!! Good grief no customer care here!! I say thumbs down!

I have been trying to work with this pharmacy for about a year and a half now. Each time they refill my prescriptions the pricing is very different, using their discount program. They consistently miss one of the refills, and the customer service is far less than desirable. I called to refill my prescription last Thursday and was told it would be ready by Friday. Went to pick it up the following Tuesday and it has not been filled. They offered no apology, reasoning, etc. Just said it didn't get filled and they would put it line and to come back tomorrow. Then in discussing why pricing had more than doubled, I was told that maybe I should go somewhere else. Guess that was the push I needed. I will never go back and have never felt the need to completed a review like this. RUN FROM THIS PHARMACY!

Ryan the pharmacy tech is useless, rude and condesending. Definetly needs training talks to you like you don't know anything about your prescription benefits and is not willing to help. make sure you ask to double check on the benefits for your plan or they will try to charge you full price.

One pharmacist told me my prescription is ready to pick up. I go the next day to pick up. Different pharmacist tells me 3 more days. I live way out in the country. With gas prices y'all literally just cost me $25 & an hour of my time!

Let's talk drugstore makeup!So I wanted a new foundation, but I am always hesitant to buy because I worry about the shade not matching and being stuck with it. While at this walgreens, I was curious what the return policy for tested makeup is, and Google told me it varies by store and is up to the manager. A kind woman working in the beauty section asked if I had questions, and I asked her. She told me this store does accept returns for tested makeup, but also let me try out some shades and helped me find my own and told me what looked best. Her suggestion was correct and I'm very happy, so don't worry about shades not matching if you buy from here :)
