“My husband needed new batteries for 2 watches. Jessica is very friendly and visited with me while another employee changed the batteries. The employee had a problem with one of the watches and Jessica took over but came out to explain there was a problem with the watch stem and Jessica said Salem's would repair the watch at no charge to me.
Excellent customer service plus beautiful jewelry to purchase.”
