I was driving back home after seeing my dying brother, when my tire blew out on the highway. I had no idea where I was as I was between cities. I called BDS and they were there within 10 minutes, even when I didn't give good directions! The driver was kind & got me to the nearest tire place and stayed to make sure they had tires that fit my Kia Soul. If I ever get into trouble on the highway again, I will call them!

I had my drive shaft delete itself from my truck this morning and I was panicking because I called a bunch of wrecker services and they were wanting several hundred dollars just to be towed 16 miles down the road to the nearest O'Reilly's and I was about to have a mental breakdown because I almost wrecked when my drive shaft fell out of my truck on top of having to pay several hundred dollars for a tow truck I ended up calling BDS towing and they gave me a EXTREMLY Fair rate for the distance that I needed to travel and they got to me really quick and extremely professional got me loaded up and on my way within an hour and a half and I am extremely grateful for the young man that came and loaded my truck up and I'm grateful for the VERY speedy service and the fair rate that I was charged I will recommend these people to anyone in the area if they need any towing services or roadside assistance at all SUPREMELY professional, courteous, and thoughtful

I was an hour out from Austin whenever my back tire started sputtering flat thanks to some random metal shard . Pulled over & amidst all the chaos of calls & trying to figure out exactly where I am & what's my game plan, a tow truck pulls up behind & offers to help switch out my tire! A true lifesaver seeing as i've never changed a tire before I never got his name, but to whoever helped me out 6/10 around 7 PM in Carmine, thank you SOOOO very much for lending a hand! Super grateful & definitely recommend!
