Malloy's is the only gas station within 10 miles both directions and offers very fair on gas prices. Though very pricey, it has $8 sandwiches and a selection, and customers dropped a twenty to get back on the road. The older service station is just off 290 in Burton Texas, with friendly service, good old‑fashioned Hometown hospitality and great Services, but not a lot of convenience store items inside.
I was almost out of gas. It was expensive so I got enough to get me to Giddings.

Very pricey but we were starving and saw the word BBQ. All they had were $8 sandwiches, not much selection at all but we grabbed a couple things dropped a twenty and got back on the road pretty fast.
