Alexia was on her phone watching videos when I walked in . I said hello she ignore me. I went to the counter asked if she could secure my package with an extra piece of tape she never responded to me nor spoke to me . She rang me up and thru my package to the side. (No extra piece of tape ) no thank u have a nice day not one word . She really needs to be evaluated on her customer service skills, she has none . Went to my car realized she didn’t give me a tracking number for my package so I went back in to ask she was sitting down back on her phone watching videos when I said “you didn’t give me a tracking number for my package “ she pointed at the counter and said I set it there and continued to watch her video on her phone. I will not be using the Bushland post office again !

In the post office is ok but the delivery is horrible. If it’s a federal offense to touch people’s mail why deliver my mail to the other side of Bushland? Y’all need to step up your game or hire people that care for other peoples stuff.

Packages to my grandchildren are incorrectly re-routed from 79119 to some other zip code. No effort is made to correct the error. This has happened several times now.
