“Facts! I drive to our local one in Commerce, TX. due to a battery issue. It was early, THEY just opened the door. I explained I had to get to work snd asked if I purchased the battery would they swap it out? I was told yes, if You wait till 11 am there are only two guys right now.
I have to be at work at 9…. I closed yhe hood. I told him I would drive to Greenville Tx. he said ok. . He turned and said he was going to get a portable charger as my battery was determined to be dead….but it started. Slow start. NO STARS. PERIOD.
I made it to Greenville snd drove to the one in Greenville. THERE were customers already! I waited my turn. The person is was friendly and he tested it, sold me a battery and installed it within 7 minutes.

“Literally just the best staff at this location. I got my oil changed That take five and when I went to go get my codes red on the car by Christan, who was a great help the last time I was here she helped me again and she cleaned the car off the staff especially Donna helped me find another great place to go get my car worked on as far as oil changes go and Brad he’s the store manager, and he honestly went above and beyond alongside the rest of the staff by helping me go back to the oil place to get something figured out so they could put oil in my car and just get the situation made right and help me get a part for the car so this staff here is not a 10 out of 10 but literally 1000 out of 10 because you’re not getting that kind of service anywhere else and I highly recommend it”

“I had an outstanding experience with Gerber Collision in Caddo Mills! From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional.
Maryland, the technician who took care of our truck, was incredibly informative and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. Communication was always on point, and I truly appreciated knowing exactly what was happening with our truck every step of the way.
We also had a second vehicle that was deemed a total loss by our insurance company, which was completely out of Gerber's control. Even though it wasn't being repaired, Maryland went the extra mile and had it cleaned up before we picked it up. It was still drivable just older, which is why it was totaled and that thoughtful gesture meant so much to us. It really showed how much she cares about her customers. She is truly one of Gerber's best!
Ashley at the front desk was super sweet, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions I had. She made the whole experience even better with her friendly attitude.
