Tried to open a bank account only because they had a promotion going on. But I was ran in circles by the tellers at this location and their help line. Samantha was very unprofessional over the phone. She made up new loopholes for me to qualify for said promotion. The help line said she was misinformed and advised me to try another physical location.

SOMETHING THAT REALLY NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. Every time i call to get account info i get flooded with spam calls. and when i say flooded i mean 50+ calls a day. to me this is not right in no way. my info should not be made public. i didnt have this problem before truist bought out bb&t . im to a point of changing my number or changing banks. i stayed because of the peolpe there. they are great to deal with but the amount of spam calls is unreal.

Horrible banking experience. Another location resolve the same issue I had here in Caddo Mills something they simply could “ not “ resolve. Even after accessing my online banking. Ignorance is bliss, Un professional. Simply did not want to help customer.

5+ Stars! After attempting to complete a task online approximately 2 weeks ago, I received a message I needed to complete in branch for verification purposes. I called and spoke to a very nice gentleman (Jason) to explain what I needed and he stated they could absolutely take care of me there as I had never been to this branch. When I arrived, he was unavailable at the time and another gentleman (Robby) assisted me. He listened very patiently to what I needed and what I was trying to accomplish, he was very nice and professional throughout my visit. I had a need to follow up with a call yesterday and again spoke with Robby who stated he need to look into my questions and would call me back. I received his call back quite promptly. My original visit had to be completed through the drive through as Covid-19 safety procedures were in place and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. My interactions with this bank have been top notch, first class customer service from my initial phone call, the nice young lady who greeted me at the drive through and the fantastic service Robby has provided.....well done BB&T !!

Terrible service! I think the guy I just talked to was coming down off cocaine or something. I’ve never had someone give me such terrible customer service. Unbelievable!

Their on site ATM malfunctioned and didnt dispense my cash today. Bank denied all responsibility while I sat at their ATM, told me to contact my bank they weren't responsible. I'd bank anywhere but here.

Bank employs a notary but will not notarize for the public, even for a fee. Really discourages me from seeking an account with them, due to lack of flexibility and refusing to provide this vital service to the small community in which they are located.

The atm breaks at least once a month they take forever to do things and fix problems and the recently turned on overdraft on my account after I said no and I've gone from $400 to -$100 would give no stars if possible DO NOT RECOMMEND I just cash checks at the gas station and use Wal-Mart prepaid cards
