“Good customer service for me. Called inquiring about filling balloons up. The representative told me that they don't fill balloons that aren't DT. Gave me directions, though, to where I can get my balloons filled up. Little things go along way now day!”
“They are always friendly and shownthey care about their customers. They get to know you when you come in and are always engaging. The store is well laid out to make finding things easy and they always keep it clean”
“I’m in the store 2 to 3 times a day. It’s always clean, organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They have a refrigerator/freezer section with everything from ground beef to cheese to eggs and butter. The baking aisle has everything I can think of to say…bake a cake! Currently their brown sugar and oil are priced cheaper than at Walmart. Very convenient and easy to get in and out.”
“I literally go here every other day and I always see the same workers. My Uncle also visits probably every single day lol. Long story short, the workers are awesome! And the store is in good shape! “Today, Mia went on a mini shopping spree for her up coming birthday at one of her favorite places.. The Dollar Tree! While there we found one of Greenville’s hidden gems, Miss Rita at checkout. She looked like the oldest one in there but was not complaining about the overwhelming atmosphere.. If she’s someone’s mama or granny yall have someone very special!
Miss Rita made sure to snip off all the tags after she scanned the items then had Mia come to her around the counter. This lady dressed Mia up with each item so gently as if she was one of her own grand babies. It was as if the two of them just needed a moment. The line was long but when others saw what she was doing everyone just froze to watch. No complaints just smiles.
Mia said she was so sweet and smelled like candy! She had no clue that Mia’s 5th birthday was coming up or that she had just had a bad day. Mia now calls this lady her “tree store granny”. Dollar Tree yall truly have a gem working there! Please keep her at all cost and give her a hug from us!”
“I shop here for various things depending on what I need.Came in for regular headbands with teeth.Only ones available were red black and purple with rhinestones.Will not work for an older lady with silver hair.Quantity and price were good but seemed to be more for a kid.Store is always clean and cashiers very nice and helpful.”
“Sometimes you don't want to shop in a larger store. Family Dollar has been great for picking up small items quickly without having to roam around Walmart for something simple.
With that said, this store usually feels a bit messy.”

“This is the closest I've ever lived to any dollar store. I find this store to be convenient and normally well stocked. On the other hand it has to be open for anyone to shop in it. For some unknown reason, I find myself standing outside the storefront at 9:27 and it's still not open. This seems to be quite often from what the half dozen people thar have come and gone tell me. It's hit or miss at best.”
“Clean well stocked store. Always amazes me at all the stuff they have. Today we need some gift boxes for wrapping Christmas gifts. Yup, they had them. Convenient and helpful store.”
“We had the pleasure of visiting Dollar General with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. As we pulled into the parking lot, there were two handicapped ♿️ parking spaces. As we walked around the store, we did not notice any slip or trip hazards. There was not a lot of clutter in the store, and it appeared to be organized. We did not purchase anything from the store. “I guess maybe I shouldn't have given you all of five stars but lady was absolutely an awesome customer service but as far as stop in the store her truck was being delivered and there was spilt soda in the floor I almost fell and broke my back had to point it out to her that she had spilt drinks in there with all the elderly people in there it would not have been a good site”
