Bud Cross Ford handled my brake job including master cylinder and another part I can’t remember. Their mechanics and office took very good care of me. Mechanic Adin and Mario went over and beyond service by washing my floor mat because it got dirty. My car is 23 years old and they treat it with kid gloves.give them a call—you won’t be sorry!

I will buy all my cars from Bud Cross. Travis sold me my mustang. I live in West Texas and he and another employee drove 4 hours one way to meet me to deliver the car. The car and the service exceeded my expectations. I even got a comfy t-shirt and custom coffe mug with a mustang and my name on it. No extra or hidden fees. No games. Just good people selling cars.

It wasn't easy but Jake was great he didn't give up on me. I had a bad experience with another dealership and I really think that Bud Cross wanted to make things up for them and it wasn't there mess to fix!! Jake was straight forward with me no shady stuff. He told me this is what it is he didn't try to push me or persuade me one way or the other. I told him this is what I got. They really did bend over backwards to make it work. We met the middle. I apologize I can't remember the young lady's name in finance but she was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I absolutely love my truck and I'm very happy with my experience with Bud Cross Ford and I would definitely buy another vehicle from Jake if I ever I needed one.. By the way Jake I'm looking for one for my daughter too.. lol but you already know who it is you got to sale and it ain't me!!

This was the best experience in my life shopping for a newer vehicle at a dealership. Phillip was so amazing and thorough, personable, and kind. He was not pushy and was honest about every detail of the Bronco we decided to buy. We were very comfortable through the whole process. This is a family business that was started by a veteran back in the 1960's (a grandfather with a purple heart award).
Our sales consultant, Phillip, spent time with us explaining how everything worked in the car, before we left. It was beyond closing time and he did not rush us off after we made the purchase. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My husband was given a Bud Cross Ford ball cap and I got a T shirt

Great experience at Bud Cross Ford. We saw the car we wanted online. Travis drove the car to our home so we could test drive it and then dropped it off a few days later when the paperwork was all done. Professional and honest. Highly recommend!
