Very pleasant, kind and patient. Got me the deal I wanted/needed when others couldn't/wouldn't. Monica was amazing and never once did I feel pressured. Everyone there was extremely helpful.

The only complaint I have is the price! Wow, every time I come for an oil change and tire rotation the price goes up! $119 is a lot in my opinion.
