I made a passport appointment here after College Station cancelled on me twice. Rachel was super friendly and took my photo and processed everything quickly. I was in and out within 10 minutes!

Went in for passports for a family of four after both B/CS post offices both were unavailable and Ryan and Tehla were absolutely awesome! Ryan was very informative and walked us through the process seamlessly. We had a hiccup with one of our documents but Ryan gave us clear and concise instructions to obtain them and within an hour we were done! Definitely recommend coming to Caldwell for your passport needs!
Also, Tehla was funny and welcoming and assisted everyone who came in.

Employees are very good, but the Postmaster is a rude, disrespectful and extremely condescending woman. I’ve spoke with several others who have had the same experience, including former employees. The person with the mailbox at the wrong height sounds exactly like what others have dealt with. This lady will go out of her way to find ways NOT to help. We can only hope her employees don’t take on her personality and rude disposition.

Was suppose to have a package delivered to my address. Instead put the piece of paper. To drive down from the house to be told it is still in the truck. The driver should be fired for not delivering it to the address. It is either laziness or incompetence. Why have a pickup truck for delivery if you are not going to deliver the package.

I have been getting mail delivered to my address for 7 years with no issues. Now all of a sudden my mailbox isn't tall enough so they refuse to deliver my mail.

Most of the time my packages are not delivered. Some carriers will deliver, others don't. FedEx and UPS always deliver. But USPS won't try

I went to submit a passport application and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Making an appointment online was really easy and I was able to find a list of the necessary documents and everything online and within the confirmation email. The two ladies that helped me were very nice and got my application done quickly!

If you have to deal with Sherry Bridges, the Postmaster, be prepared to be called every name in the book behind your back. She is the absolute worst human being I've ever interacted with. I've filed a complaint with the Inspector General regarding the treatment I received at the Caldwell Texas Post Office. Sherry Bridges, you are the filth of this earth!

Whoever delivers mail from the post office constantly leaves the box open and today there was a piece of mail on the ground beneath the mailbox. I had to get out of my car, bend over, and pick it up with a broken kneecap.

I had a package overnighted to me and it was delayed of course by a day. Then when it was scanned as delivered in mailbox it wasn’t there or anywhere near it. Calling the local office was absolutely no help. This was prescription medicine and now I’m out over $350.This is the second time this has happened.
