The upgrades are nice. The higher price point for a struggling town is distasteful. I bought my own backyard storage and will be emptying mine out over the summer.

Our storage facility (Cameron U-Store,-M Cameron,Tx) was bought out by Ideal Self Storage.*WE WERE NEVER CONTACTED BEFORE THE SALE OF THE PROPERTY TO INFORM US WHICH I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT!!! 12 YEARS OF PAYING FOR THE UNIT WITHOUT ANY TROUBLE SO I DO EXPECT AS A COSUMER TO KEEP SUCH A RELATIONSHIP. ? When i was contacted regarding the lease she was very professional, kind, proficient and very helpful. All correspondence was easy to get updated. Their system is extremely easy for the tenant to understand. Thank you. ♡♡ Kim

Had to get a storage shed. Last time i had to rent there, someone cut the lock and stole the valuables out of it.

Rented a unit, people were nice and seemed a great place. Then upon returning to obtain our stuff we realized just how wrong that was. Everything we had been paying to have stored in a safe secure place was ruined. Black and White molds on everything dead bugs everywhere and even water damage that could not be fixed. We lost almost every memory that we had stored from childrens memories to special items from my dead father, and so much more. Horrible and if you value your items please don't store them here!!!
