The is one of the absolute worst companies I've ever dealt with. Paid for non-existent internet for a couple months before trying to cancel (claimed there was a local outage for over a week). Waited on hold to cancel service for 15 minutes only to be told that department is closed at 4:30 CT and I have to call back tomorrow.

I've had a lot of different internet companies over the years but since I've moved to Franklin, this is by far the worst I have ever seen. Ours went down for almost two weeks and all they would give us is 10% off a bill and got an attitude on the phone. We're done with these people.

Called to set up service with no issues. They called the day before and confirmed my appointment so I took off work to be home for them. The next day I received no calls, texts or anyone at my door so I called them to find out they dont service my area.
