I had rented a dryer from them and on day 2 it stopped working. They did give ne a loaner which worked fine until i got the orginal back. Again it dried 1 load and would not work. Instead of helping the situation, art accused there was something wrong with my electric? I guess thats why the loaner worked?? I told them to come get it, it obviously wasnt a new dryer. Very bad customer service to resolutions.

I recently purchased a washing machine and they were very courteous very helpful. And I am happy with my new machine and the service I received.

Wanted to check out your store in inventory online and possibly purchase a bedroom set. But the fact that you will not even let me look at items online without giving up my personal information like telephone number and email address Etc. You might as well be a used car lot you don't gain my trust like that I guess I'll have to go buy from one of the big box stores.

Female store clerk extremely rude - horrible customer service just that one individual...and delivery person very unprofessional (asked to use restroom, scoped out house, made feel very uncomfortable) ....will be contacting store management and up the chain if necessary

Super great people , easy to deal with and always willing to help you get what you need at payments that fit your budget. The warranty is the best part ! 2 years in most cases that more than doubled the factory warranty of the fridge and washer dryer that we bought .The service is great as well , they will pick up your item if it needs to be serviced , leave you with a working temporary then swap back when yours is ready ! Try that at lowes or anywhere else .Go see them you wont be disappointed
