Went to the Canton store to pick up a specialty circular saw blade as the HB website showed Canton had several blades available for $52.99! Went to checkout and it rang up at $59.99. The Cashier indicated the website SKU did not match the blade they had in the store! The SKU only came up on the website when I specifically searched for it, and it didn’t show the Canton store had those in stock! Very deceptive practice IMHO! Compared the blade for each SKU to what I got and they are identical! I will make the trip to Tyler or Dallas in the future before shopping at the Canton store.

Not sure how this place has a 4 star review here when they have a 1 star on YELP. I purchased a STHIL Power washer here, BIG MISTAKE. It quit pumping and I contacted them for help. Yes, you guessed it, NO HELP AT ALL!!! The lady I spoke with was RUDE and UNFRIENDLY. They only service chainsaws and when I asked where there was a service center for my product she was zero help there as well. I can get over a business that lacks knowledge but rudeness does not help disguise, your ignorance. This isn’t the first time I had a problem with rude employees here. Shame on me for going back….

Do not buy your Sthil products here. If you have any issues they are no help whatsoever so ever! They can't even tell you where a service center is! To sum this place up in three words: RUDE UNFRIENDLY UNHELPFULL

i was working there for a few months and gotten signs and obvious comments by the managers being inappropriate, I have learned to ignore it and see if it got better and it never did and then they grew this grudge against me started to not like me and then screwed me over and fired me. Their excuse was that I missed days where I had a note from the doctor but I think it's because they didn't get what they wanted!!!!! it's

This is a really big Hardware store. You can buy by the piece instead of by the package or box. And prices compare well to Home Depot.

Kristie cashier, front counter person is extremely rude. Bought close to 1k in material. Didnt care to help us at all. Went in line twice if i could give 0 stars i would.

I'm in this store 10x's a week at least paying full price for everything I need. I've spent a lot of money in this store. I showed up 10 minutes late Saturday for a sale they had 11/26 only because i thought they stayed open later than they did. So I thought I'd call first thing Monday and see if I they would still honor the coupon and was told absolutley not and that's fine. However when ya don't take care of your customers that support you throughout the year its time to find another source for my needs. I won't be back.

Not ag./ ranch friendly. They ask you what you are going to be using purchase for even though the reason is obvious. Then start picking off ag. exempt products other stores regularly give exemption on. Kinda crazy. If you are in ranching business you should probably consider another store.

The people here are friendly and knowledgeable even better the store is one of the most better stock with variety of nuts bolts and screws even hard to find parts and automotive parts as far as nuts belt screws washers fasteners I'm in here at least three times a week it's my favorite go to store for hard to find items, however their prices are a little on the high side ?
