Most of the First Responders in East Texas use AT&T for a reason, and it's not because of their customer service either. There's a long history of why AT&T cell service is the best, do your own research on that subject. But as far as this corporate store the employees are extremely nice and they take their time with the customers, especially with the elderly. Having a problem with your phone, they go above and beyond to help figure it out. And when AT&T screws up your bill, and they will, the employees will do their best from what they are allowed to do to correct it.
