First time in here. Alot of nice clothes my boyfriend bought. My tastes are different and I wasn't shopping for me anyways. Employee was very nice and knowledgeable.

Always stop by Burke's when I'm in Athens or Canton they have one of a kind items I have found a lot of things for my kitchen and always look at the clearance rack you can find something!

An item was damaged. I asked for a "$3" discount. The sales clerk said no without any hesitation. She suggested I take the item "home and wash it". I requested the manager. She called the manager then decided to take the item over to the manager. After what seemed to be a 2 minute conversation with the manager, she came back and said no again. She was sarcastically polite. No yelling, shouting or raising our voices. My total sales were appx $181. I only went in for 1 item. I kept that one thing and had her put the rest back. I don't shop there that often because those stores aren't in my area. The sales clerk said that Burkes store don't give discounts. That too was a lie. In Al I saw them give a customer a discount for damage merchandise. That was the worst experience I've had at a Burkes. As I left the store she yelled out sarcastically "Thanks hun. Have a good day". Funny because I stood near the door and she didn't say or yell that to the customer behind me who happened to be one of my relatives. Poor experience in Canton, Texas.

Love this store. Lots of variety. Plenty of choices offered. Every thing is displayed fashionably. Prices are very reasonable. There is always special price sales also. The store is always clean and easy to find whatever you want or need. The staff are pleasant and very helpful.

The products, and prices are amazing, the customer service however needs some work. The front register was extremely busy with only one cashier. She was flustered and overwhelmed. The manager finally came to help, she was talking loudly to the other cashier saying she didn't understand why no one else in the back came to help. Just seemed unorganized. The cashier was nice and tried to alleviate the situation by apologizing, she ended up breaking one of the items I was trying to buy. I felt really bad for her.

Bealls is my favorite store location on highway 243 Canton , Tx in a small shopping center behind Apple Bees beside Tractor Supply. This wonderful store is going out of business ? the staff have been there for years are very helpful and friendly. They sell decorations for your home in or out beautiful clothes go on in and have fun shopping

The workers have no situational awareness. The lines were almost to the back of the store and the still kept trying to get everyone to get in store credit cards.
