Everyone that works here is super friendly & very accomodating. The pool area is clean & the property is very well taken care of. There's even a splash pad by the pool. The breakfast was good & the coffee was excellent. Also very close to stores & restaurants, walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I am a local. Our transformer blew and I tried to contact the one in Wills Point with no luck. I am really glad I didn't. Crystal was so friendly and helpful, I was very impressed. You don't see her kind of customer service often these days. She was so caring about our situation and made it a little less stressful for us. I hope she is appreciated as much by management.

Wanted a handicap room w/walk-in shower and what I got was a tub with a shower seat and grab bars. If anyone had a problem greater than mine, they would be out of luck. Otherwise the room was clean and check-in not bad.

Mid May, we called the 800 reservations number and asked for a 1st floor room since one of us is on a walker. We were guaranteed a 1st floor room. When we arrived the afternoon of May 23, 2025 we were given a 2nd floor room at the extreme far end from the elevator. The afternoon front desk girl (J) was completely unwilling to move us to a 1st floor room, or even to a room closer to the elevator on the 2nd floor. We asked if there were any rooms that even if booked, were not checked in... there were, but the front desk girl claimed to be unable to move us to one of them. When we did get to room she put us in, 222, the fridge was hot. It cooled off some overnight, but was hot again the next afternoon. Front desk was unwilling to send someone to swap it out. We were also unable to use the wifi all weekend, couldn't even get to the login page. I tried contacting the general manager, Akash Patel, but was unable to. I contacted BW customer support, and asked for management to contact me. Apparently management doesn't care... I still haven't been contacted by anybody a week later. I'm very, very disappointed by the way everyone at BW has mishandled this stay. We have stayed at this hotel several times in past years, but I will not likely book any more stays at any BW if this is the way I'll be treated. Akash, I'm still waiting for a call.
EDIT TO ADD: Akash, you will need to call me, I tried to contact you several times at the number you provided... it is the front desk number and I keep getting the incompetent girl that caused this whole mess. You should have my number unless she erased it.

Questionable reviews. Pictures online not repressive of the rooms. Doors to the outside. Staff still goes into your room despite the don't disturb sign.

It was a great stay, rooms are remodeled, new carpet, new tiles, led mirror is great, big led tv, and clean room. Hot breakfast. Quiet and safe. Will come back.

Took a group of Students here for a UIL Trip and have a wonderful experience. The clerks were EXTREMELY helpful and made (what is normally a hectic experience) a breeze! Thank you guys! beautiful nice clean rooms and bathrooms. Everything you'd expect for a great price.

I was unfortunately scammed by a company called Guest Services which is a 3rd party booking site. They made their website look like the hotel's website and when i checked out it changed the dates. When I went to call to fix this that's when the nightmare begun and they refused to fix it. They even tried to get me to book another reservation with them and just hope that they agree to a refund later. I reached out to the GM here Jennifer and she was SO helpful! She helped me fix the issue so I didn't have to deal with those scammers anymore. Will be keeping this place in mind for future use!

I never leave bad reviews. I actually couldn’t believe I had this experience. Staff is rude. Wouldn’t refund my points after I booked the wrong date for my 50th birthday. Even after I booked for a full price room on the corrected dates they still wouldn’t refund the points. Nowhere on the website does it say you can’t use best western points for Canton Monday. And that’s ok but it needs to be posted and people made aware for future reference.
