The staff was friendly and got us in and out of there quickly. We were needing to buy multiple phones for our kids first phones and they didn’t have enough in stock. They called around until they found a store that had the 3rd one we needed and made arrangements to have it sent to their store. Highly recommend

Can't answer the phone, but they can sit on their cell phones in the back all day and forget customers are even in the store to help them....what a world we live in haha

Not very happy with the service. Walked in to an empty showcase of phones and had to shout hello 3 times until someone decided to get out of the bathroom to help me.

Horrible customer service. The lady that was working there this past Friday has been rude and very unhelpful twice to me already. She lied and told me I had to call customer service. Drove to Tyler to get help. They had me all fixed up in less than 20 minutes. I don't recommend this place. If you need help go to another cricket store.

Don't try to get them to help you switch from one provider to cricket. They'll tell you they can't help you and that you have to call your previous provider yourself. Headed to the gun barrel store and they were very helpful and had no problem switching the phone over. All the store in canton had to do was send a text. Lazy!!! This isn't the first time either. This is twice! The Canton store is worthless.

Diane helped me this time and the last time I bought new phones. This time I added an additional line & purchased a new phone. I was unsure about the charge for anything and Diane made everything as easy as it could be. And to top it off she had me in and out in little to no time. Diane was professional and I would highly recommend Cricket as well as Diane!
