  I placed an order to be delivered today. A $90 order I might add and apparently they sub out door dash to deliver their stuff. Well she supposedly delivered I to a house that's not even ANYWHERE ON MY ROAD! I went to everyone's house on my road and it wasn't delivered there. So I called CVS and spoke to a man that told me that after the order leaves cvs, it's out of their hands! He wouldn't even cancel my order and make a new order. Basically I am shit out of luck with my 7 things I ordered and the $90. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE IMBECILES AGAIN!

  Picked up prescription. No one could understand me. Neither the assistant nor the pharmacist could speak English I’m lucky I came away with the correct prescription. That’s not good

  (Canton Texas-CVS ) my first time couponing and I was overwhelmed but manager and sales person were so helpful- I had the most amazing experience with them-thank you for helping me and being so patient -I will definitely drive the 1.5 hour drive again to shop there.

  I was just a cvs and this lady was being ruder I asked for help and she decided to say “you kids” because she was having a hard time at the register.

  Service usually comes and goes at this location. Today I had a long day at work, came to pick up my prescription and still managed to smile and be polite with the lady who looked like she had a rough day. Not sure if they are short on staff or what, but I had customers scream at me today, and still I left them to leave with a smile. Customer service is Just not what it used to be. Working as hard as we do for the little money we get nowadays, I don’t just wanna spend it anywhere. Sorry cvs canton

  I prefer CVS over Walmart for replenishing my vitamin supplements, and this location is right on Highways 19 and 243, making it an ideal place for a quick in-and-out stop when I'm on the go. Their selection of greeting cards and gifts is also expansive, and the staff has always been so unswervingly pleasant and helpful that I never see any reason to hesitate in asking for their help or advice and I won't use the Self Check-Outs unless I absolutely must.
