Great car wash! Takes cards so you don’t have to bring change or get change.
There’s a bug wash spray that you spray first then and it seems like the easiest way to fight east Texas bug guts. Staff is super friendly when on site.

Really like being able to add time to the wash 1min per quarter. So glad they have scrub brushes in each wash bay. Very convenient car wash! Washed truck and van

It missed several small spots and most of the back. Still looks better than it did.

Gary’s Car Wash – Where Dirt Fears to Tread (But Sometimes Fights Back)
Gary’s Car Wash is the kind of place where your car doesn’t just get clean—it gets redeemed. You pull in covered in road grime, bug guts, and shame, and you roll out looking like your ride just got baptized in the holy waters of high-pressure soap.
Now, I took my Chevy Vega through Gary’s last week, and let me tell you, that car needed a miracle. We’re talking dirt so thick it had its own zip code. The antenna? It was so caked in mud, birds were perching on it thinking it was a tree branch. It had been so long since I saw the original paint color, I half expected Gary to charge me an excavation fee.
So, I roll up, and Gary himself steps out, squinting at my Vega like he’s assessing a lost relic. He mutters something about “a challenge” and waves me into the wash. The moment I pull in, the machine hesitates. I swear, the brushes slowed down like they were reconsidering their career choices. The water jets fired up, but instead of the usual satisfying blast, there was a deep, unsettling groan—like my Vega had offended the car wash gods.
Then, chaos. The dirt fought back. The soap started foaming angrily. The spinning brushes tangled with something unholy stuck to my back bumper and nearly ripped themselves off the machine. Just when I thought my Vega might emerge dirtier than when it went in, Gary hit some kind of override switch, the whole place shuddered, and an ungodly tidal wave of water erupted over my car like a biblical flood.
When it was over, my Vega rolled out looking brand new. I barely recognized it. The antenna? Sparkling. The car? Almost too clean, like it had been scrubbed back through time.
Gary just stood there, hands on his hips, shaking his head. “You owe me a beer for that one,” he said.
Would I recommend Gary’s Car Wash? Absolutely. But if your ride is as dirty as my Vega was, maybe give them a heads-up first. They might need to call in reinforcements.

Best car wash ever. Highest price you’ll pay is $14 (which is cheap compared to literally any other car wash) and my car ALWAYS comes out spotless. I’ve spent $30+ on car washes before and left with bugs still on the windshield so I’ll always choose Gary’s from now on!!! ??
