I had a great time shopping here! Not sure why all the bad reviews, the employees were kind and helpful. The store was clean and well organized. Found some really cool stuff for my new home! Can’t wait to come back with my honey!

I have donated a lot to this store , quality items but today I was made to feel like a low life the man refused one of my bags claiming to spot a mouse dropping, I say B.S., he said I couldn’t even put it in his dumpster, these items were out of my deceased wife’s closet , I am a clean person , I will never again donate anything to Goodwill again , I intend to tell everyone I see about my experience today and the man who did accept 2 of my bags I only wish the very worst of luck forever.

Horrible place! They are thieves! My mom goes regularly and they charged her for a ride on child’s toy she didn’t buy they refused to give her 10 dollars back once she got home and looked at her receipt she called them and they said she needed to bring everything back!?! What’s that gonna do? She had no ride on toy they could look at their cameras and see for themselves! Because of this my mom and I will not shop here and we will continue to warn people about how horrible and rude they are! It was the tall blonde lady that refused to refund her. Shame on you rude place!

They always have great deals, the store is pretty well kept, considering the amount of traffic that’s in and out all day! I haven’t met not one rude employee, they are usually always smiling and happy to help, I try to visit every Tuesday on days off

My favorite goodwill location! The ladies and the men are so wonderful, they truly make this store as awesome as it is! Super helpful, fun to talk too and care about making this store as clean and organized as possible!

Goodwill policy is that the color of the week tag includes EVERYTHING in store marked with the color of the week is 50% off. Why does the Goodwill in Canton TX only gives you 25% off and only on clothing with the color tag of the week. The CEO needs to look into why this particular GW makes their on policy and make the change and fire the employees that does this to the customers. This store always ask if you will round up to help support the cause . Gw makes a fortune off of free donation and they still ask for more fm the customer, Why?Popular jeans have jumped up $10 dollars more in a werks time. Popular jeans were $14.99 now they're $25.00. WHY? I really love shopping at GW but this store is getting outrageous with their prices and not following policy the policy of GW.

Will not sale items without tags. Sometimes tags fall off, or people remove them. Takes 24-48hours to "process in the back" to get a new tag. "You can come back after that" ? I left my entire purchase behind, because one item did not have a tag, and they didn't want to slap a tag on it. There is people who travel through this town on vacation. Especially during First Monday. When are they gonna have time to turn around and go back? Simple. They won't. You are literally better off taking a sticker off of something else, and sticking it on that untag item yourself. Since they wont do it, because of policy. It takes 5mins to walk in the back, and ask who ever is pricing "Hey how much on this?!" This Goodwill doesn't do it. Very stubborn, and they don't back down. Should have known before I walked in here. No wonder it's so low rated.

Donate anywhere else locally. If Goodwill is your choice there is one at Cedar Creek that obviously cares more for their community. Multiple bad experiences from Multiple sources here.

Just wanted to remind this establishment and store goers that the management of this store aggressively yelled at elderly individuals for not wearing masks. Disgusting!
