Great experience! Very friendly and professional! They made me feel like my Kia was top priority. I was kept updated on the progress of my vehicle at all times. My poor Kia suffered extensive damage but Joe Hudson Collision returned it to it’s showroom beauty!

Called Joe Hudson’s today in Canton Tx location to get the swirls removed which should have been done before I got my Nissan suv back which they should have removed after repairs were done on the entire left side of my suv and I followed instructions not to wash my Nissan suv for over 30 days. Which I followed. They should have inspected my suv before they had me pick it up. Manager needs to make this right! Will send photos later of swirls left on my entire left side.

I had my brand new 2025 Traverse less than 2 weeks before it was wrecked. It still had paper tags on it on the tow truck! Devastating! Saul was wonderful and up front and honest in the fact that it would take awhile to get parts due to it being brand new. Nonetheless as soon as parts were available they got it done not only timely but it looks amazing! Can’t even tell anything happened. I am extremely satisfied with the job! Thank you!

Everyone was very polite. The day I turned in my car I received a text th!that took me through until my car was ready. My car looks brand new. I would HIGHLY recommend Joe Hudson's Collison Center.

Got him from behind again and’s this is our second time being here. They answer the phones quick, the manager is straight with you and you can tell he’s been doing this for awhile he’s a man of his word. The timing of both experiences took a while one was a serious bumper and the other was a small one but I’m sure it’s because their always busy. But they do care and you can see that. My back window was gone the second time around and they were able to wrap blue wrap around the back until I got it into the shop when I went to go get the estimate. I would just say their communication is not the best it was always us calling to get answers/updates and it should’ve been the other way around, also.. you don’t wanna catch Brenda on a bad day she can be a bit sassy and repetitive lol but still 5 stars. Both pics are the 2 different occasions.

They were easy to work with and their estimate of job completion was accurate. The passenger rear quarter panel, bumper, and tailgate of my pickup all needed replacing/work done. I was expecting at least 3-4 weeks based on experiences in the past at other body shops, but they estimated 2.5 weeks and got it done on time. They were polite and efficient with my time when I was there, and I can’t say how nice it was to be able to get in and out without a ton of sitting around waiting for someone. And as an added bonus, they knew who I was when I arrived, so I felt like they really did appreciate my business. I expect if I need body work done in the future, they’ll be my first call.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Joe Hudson Collision Center!!!! The staff is top tier. Anytime in hand question they answered it without any delay. Extremely prompt and I have to say that the quality of the repairs are next level. I swear the vehicle looks better then when it was even brand new! Don’t waste your time with any other Collison centers! Joe Hudson’s is hands down the best!
