Tam did great on my nails. I’ve tried 3 other salons around Canton and they were not that great! Place was clean, everyone was friendly!

TERRIBLE!!!!! literally paid full price for not so full quality experience.
Asked for the deluxe pedicure and paid for one to. Received literally just lotion, scrub and cream thrown on and whipped off. With NO massage given like it states in the package. Asked if it wanted my nails cut down and stated yes but only half of my nails were cut along with 5 COATS OF POLISH was placed on and still left with tacky polish.
My toddler (who has had her nails done before) was looked at like she was a problem to do her nails and toes. Literally had to tell them to stop and take it off due to the quality of polish being placed on her nails.
I will give credit where credit is due one lady did step in a fix her nails which I appreciated but still.Pedicure quality was not the best.

Kim did my gel manicure & polish pedicure. From start to finish, she did an amazing job. Very gentle and thorough. I read previous reviews & was hesitant to come here, but my experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend seeing her!!!

Horrible place! Only 1 person will really speak English to you while everyone else knows nothing of English. I had 4 appointments reserved. I get there and they reject doing 2 of my people. They laughed when I showed them how I wanted my feet to match my nails. I don't mean this lightly, they looked at my picture, looked at each other and all started laughing while speaking their language. Then later again the guy starts talking to everyone and laughing and all the women are looking at me. They said they did not have time to do me or my 4th reserved person but they could do it anytime tomorrow so I said 10am. The women that understood but had him talking said something while laughing and he said 12, no 1:30 and we will take care of you. Keep in mind all the ladies are speaking their language and looking at me laughing.
Very rude people! Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY HERE!

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Lady was rough with my hands and did a HORRENDOUS job at my gel polish. DO NOT COME HERE. I paid $35 for something my 4 year old would have done.

Omg!! Worse experience ever! I got two pedicures and a manicure and paid 140.00. My toes, I had to tell the lady to clip them because they were way too long, she didn’t clip the cuticles. My husband who was right next to me got the same package I did and got much much more than me. I did gel polish on my toes so I expected it to be more expensive. Fast forward to my nails 😠 I have natural long nails. She had me soak my hand in warm water (no soap) she cut my nails back and did the WORSE shape, can’t even tell you what it is,but couldn’t fix cause they are to short now. Never did cuticle remover, never clipped my cuticles, no cuticle oil, no hand massage nothing!!! Just a clipping,file and painted them clear with regular polish. I kept saying things but everyone acted like they didn’t understand anything I was saying. My friend who was with me had a tech she really liked starting her toes and he just got up and left her for another customer that came in. So rude! Terrible terrible place and would never ever recommend it to anyone ever!

Came for a pedicure horrible job!!! Paid to get cut and a crappy pedicure. My 3 year old could’ve done a better job. Don’t recommend the place, I rather drive further out and get what I’m paying for.

I'm a truck driver needed a pedicure the disgusting look I got as soon as I walked in the door was so off putting! If you are of any race other than a Caucasian DO NOT GO HERE! They were treating those woman with respect and while I was saying what I needed the man kept looking me up and down like why are you even in here! And I look great I'm not dirty stink or anything but I am a black woman!!!! Never again! Honestly if your black DNT stop in Canton Texas for anything but some gas !!

I made an appointment for my mother and myself, first time at this spa! 3.5 hours later they did not do my mothers feet because other people came in and they took them and my mother was not going to wait longer. They don’t tell you prices although they did hand me a flyer with prices. My nails did not come out as the pictures that I showed the owner. My pedicure was the worst ever as I was tortured and the lady next to me ended up getting up and walking out as the worker sprayed her entire body down with water and then got upset because they customer got upset. My eyebrows look like my 5 year old granddaughter waxed them. Total price for a horrible job and experience was $130! Yes, $130 WOW! Rip off and these people were not friendly AT ALL, very rude and will tell you that they can do what you show them a picture of and it comes out totally opposite! Have no idea how this place stays open! Don’t waste your time nor money!

I finally got my father in law to agree to go! They were so gentle and kind with him!! Never thought he would do it but I think he’ll go every time I take my mother in law now. Wanted to publicly say that even though someone old has very gross looking nails it’s probably even more important they receive these treatments, he told his sweet awesome Van, that he was sorry she had to touch his feet, and that he had not been able to reach them for years, nor washed them n several weeks ?
Never thought this old Cowboy would experience this and I’m so grateful for the entire staffs as well as other customers being SO KIND! He had them all kinda smiling to themselves, and it actually was not gross to them, but cute to see these two sweet elderly people enjoying something so very much.

I have gone here a few time and it was okay for nails. Pretty pricey for what you get. My daughter and I got pedicures today and they spend maybe 15-20mins on us. I went to put my shoes on 2 hours later and the nail polish messed up immediately! Cheap nail polish I’m guessing because it was so thick it wouldn’t dry. I spent 65 dollars for our nails to look bad. I say go to Forney if you want to pay the same price for better service. They don’t offer drink or anything.
