This store is always a hit or miss when you call up there for parts thats needed for a vehicle 9 times out of 10 is always involving getting put on hold for 5-30 minutes and it gets old and then they will either hang up on you or forget that they put you on hold so this location lost my business today and gave another business my support

Allison is so rude. I have had trouble with her on two separate occasions. First time my partner and I couldn't remember something about our car and I went out to go check and she told him it didn't even matter after she watched me walk out of the store to look. Second time she butted into a conversation my partner and I were having about something completely different and just had a bad attitude and acted like she knew everything. Her attitude is just so bad I had to walk away.

This location carries parts other locations do not. They have very knowledgeable staff who are always willing to help.

Great! He couldn't find it by application but he looked it up on Google and we found a little shift lever lock and he had one in stock almost 20 bucks.

Helpful as all hell. If you need parts you can't find on Amazon this is the place. The staff gets right on it and are friendly too. You can get parts for early 90s vehicles still to date no issue.
